Om: we didn’t understand …..poora baath bathao…he asked very softly….
Chotu started as….” After she left the chawl everyday she got the details of Maahi bhaiyya…”
Anni: how did she get?…
Chotu: how?…i gave her the details ….not only that she arranged Security to Bhaiyya….infact half of the Chawl people were Di’s men nd all r appointed to take care of Bhaiyya ..….
They all were surprised for it……Maahi was totally in deep shock hearing one by one about Kaal’s acts nd her care towards him that to from Chotu……
Bhaiyya didn’t knew about it nd even he didn’t notice it……
Om: why he didn’t notice it….?
Chotu: he became dull after Di left ……he had spent his time almost in the house only……
They all understood Maahi’s condition…..Chotu continued….
Chotu: not only that shall I say about a miracle…..still I didn’t understand how is it possible……he asked…
Om: wts that miracle……
Chotu: after Di left ……Maa started to see his needs…..every day maa cooks food for him…..i took it to bhaiyya….but he didn’t hv it…upto 3 days it continues like dis…..4 th day maa called Di nd told the same ……that day onwards everyday evening Di came to our house nd prepares food for Bhaiyya…..i gave it to bhaiyya …..i didn’t knew how did bhaiyya know that the food which I gave him was prepared by Di…..without saying anything he silently ate it……it goes like this everyday until Di became busy in her business work……
almost one week she didn’t came to Chawl bcz of her business issues…….2 days left normally ……3rd day I called Di after seeing Bhaiyya’s condition…..“that day she came to chawl ….”
Shiv: wt happened to Maahi….
Om: when??…
Chotu: when Maahi bhaiyya once again started drinking…..
Shiv: matlab…
Chotu: every night Maahi bhaiyya drinks to forget his pain……after Di entered in the chawl….bhaiyya forgot about it…after she left the chawl to comeout from the loneliness he again started it …that day I told the same to Di nd sent the pics….that day Di came to chawl to see bhaiyya….when she came…. at the same time bhaiyya came in full drunken state…..he didn’t indentified Di….she helped bhaiya in reaching home nd she stayed with bhaiyya….after he slept….. she left from there in tears….
Thye all were shocked hearing it….
Shiv: Chotu…..may be you felt someone as Kaal…..doubted Shivaay..
Chotu: no Bhaiyya….she is Di only….he confirmed
Anni: at which time she came…?
Chotu: after mid night….
Om: when she left from there….?
Chotu: may be after 2, 3 hrs…..
Gauri: tu kaise janthatha wo Di thi…..andhera thana…..she asked
Chotu: I know Di will come to see Bhaiyya…so I started waiting for her…Di came…..at the same time bhaiyya also came…..i took their pics….one minute I will show you all …..said he took his phone…..
Sumo: who gave this phone Chotu?…she asked seeing a latest mobile…
Chotu: aur koun….Di gave me to know about Maahi bhaiyya…….saying he opened it nd opening the gallery……he searched for the pics nd few seconds later he found the pics nd went near Maahi….he gave the phone to him….
Maahi looked at the display…all others came near him nd looked at the display …..seeeing the pics….
Gauri: hey Shankaji….the same saree!!…when she came OM in the early morning …she wore the same saree….
Annika looked at the saree nd she also confirmed it…..
Shiv: Maahi….you always calls her Gudiyaa…..right….
Maahi nodded in yes…keenly observing the pics by scrolling the screen….
They all remembered that day when she came OM in sudden in early morning nd how she got frustrated when Dadi called her gudiyaa….they all understood the reason behind her behavior as the disturbance that happened bcz of Maahi’s condition…..
But Maahi lost in his own thoughts….when he saw one picture of Kaal in which she stood in tears starring at Maahi….
Maahi: (in mind)…Gudiyaa…..ab tumhaari challenge sweekar karrahahu mein….from now onwards I will find your each nd every act….not only that definitely I will find the reason that compelling you to stay away from me….unke baad tumhari saare dard mitadoonga…..
“Maahi”…Shiv called him….for his call he cameout from the thoughts nd looking at Chotu…
Maahi: thanks Chotu…for this pics …he said with a smile….
Anni: Maahi!! …she called him with confusion….
Maahi: wt you all heard is right…till this dt I didn’t hv a clear picture but now after seeing her in these photos I got a perfect picture…now I know wt to do….said ….he hv sent the pics to his phone….deleting the pics in Chotu’s phone….he returned the phone to Chotu….
At the sametime Shivaay’s phone rang….seeing the display he answered….hearing from otherside….
Shiv: Khanna…did you found him…
Khanna: yes sir…. But Sir….
Shiv: wt but …tell me…
Khanna: Sir …before I reach him some men came nd took away him with them….
Shiv: what??? …who r they??…
Khanna: don’t know sir…..
Shiv: okay…. said he disconnected the call…..
Om: wt happened Shiv….
Shiv: before Khanna reach the journalist some people came nd took away him….dont know wt happened…..
“kuch nahi huva Shivaay…sirf der hui”….hearing it they all turned their heads nd saw Kaal who stood on the upstairs near the steps….
Shiv: Kaal….??
She came down….seeing her Chotu ran to her calling “Di”….he went near her nd hugged her….caressing his hair….
Kaal: how r u Chotu..?…she enquired…
Chotu: fine Di ….how r u Di? Jyada nahi lagina….he asked with dullness…..she understood his condition….She smiled….
Kaal: nothing happened to me ….yeh tho chotisi ghav hai….bas it will heal in two days okay…relax….
Shiv: Kaal…..wt do you mean of its late…..he questioned….
Maahi didn’t say but he started observing her behaviour…
Kaal: arrey yaar….nanne munne guests aaya….instead of enjoying with them why r u starting cross examination…..come on yaar….we will talk later …okay….come on …said she looked at AniRiMya…
“come on my dear angels …lets enjoy” ..said ….”maa ….maa” she called Roopa….she came out from the kitchen…..”haa beta”…
Kaal: lunch mein specials kya hai…
Roopa: tu bol beta …kya chahiye….
Kaal: aaaa…thinking a while…”Maa I want the dishes in a combination of Desi nd Continental”….
Roopa: okay beta I will prepare…
Kaal: aap kyom Maa….
Roopa: mein nahi tho aur koun karega….tu ….she asked with a smile…
Kaal: jo aapke saamne khadehaina Oberoi brothers….number one chefs….today they will prepare the dishes for us….
Roopa looked at the Obros….
“okay beta….i will help them”…said Roopa….
Kaal: ohho maa…aap kyo….to help them…uncle aur Ali haina…today….aap aapke honewali bahu se time spend karenge…chalo….sab…said looking at Chacha…
“Chacha….ghar mein mehmaan haitho kuch tho khaas karna padega …..…tho shurukaro tayyari”….said….
“jee beta…I will arrange” said Chacha left from there…..
Shiv: achha…when we became the guests for you instead of family…..he asked
She looked at Shivaay…
Kaal: Shiv….mereliye Oberois hamesha mehmaan hai…..bcz its Oberoi family…..
Shiv: Kaal…..he called with mixture of pain nd anger…
She smiled nd said…”leave it Shivaay…yeh baath par haumaari donom ki beech baath khatam nahi hoga….so its better to leave”….
Except others the 3 pairs understood how much she was hurted…..unki dil par lagi wo chotisi chot nahi….wo hamesha rehnawali ghav hai…..exchanging looks ……a split second their eyes focused on Maahi…..they all felt the same as the one nd only person that can heal her wound is Maahi….bcz they all noticed one thing that is her behavior infront of Maahi is always different from her original nature……
But Maahi didn’t understand one thing that wts that matter as Shiv got angry on her nd she is not ready to argue …..
All girls nd Roopa went out along with the children to enjoy ……
Chacha,Roopa nd Rehman Uncle understood that she want to divert others nd going to do something bcz she is on full musti mode….” But apart from these 3 …one more person is there who understood her behavior…..he is none other than Maahi….he understood that nicely she want to divert them from the current matter …..she is trying to engage them in some other matter ….
Kaal….before going out…she turned nd called Shivaay….Obros looked at her….
Kaal: Shivaay….i agree …..i am a Devil…but not a criminal….samjho yaar….but one thing… when the matter relates to OBEROIS if anybody provoke me to go in such a way that makes me a criminal …..for that I am always ready ….” Said she moved two steps nd was stopped ….
Kaal: by the way Shivaay….prepare a tasty nd aromatic herbal tea….badly I need it Dost…..saying a split second looked at Maahi….nd left with a smile….
Hearing her words ShivOmRu were confused….Maahi smiled….
Om: Shivaay …when did you start making tea…..
Shiv: Omm….still I didn’t get her words nd was confused myself……you r questioning me….
Ali: don’t worry Sir….Maam didn’t ask you Sir…..
ShivOmRu looked at Ali…
Shiv: wt do you mean Ali…
Ali: yes sir….Maam asked Maahi Sir……he said
The 3 looked at Maahi sighing as “is it right….”
Maahi smiled
Shiv: oh yeah ….she addressed me as Dost…..iska matlab she indirectly said to Maahi…right..
Om: didn’t understand yaar…
Shiv: yehi baath hai….she always addresses me as yaar…..she calls Maahi as Dost…right Maahi…he asked..
Maahi nodded in yes nd moving to kitchen…..
Maahi: whenever she is in stress or feels tired usually I prepares herbal tea for her…..said he started making it….
Rudy: oh…now I got it…
ShivOmHi at a time asked “wt…”
Rudy: yaad hai….that day she ordered herbal tea instead of Esspresso in the Hotel….
Maahi surprisedly looked at Rudy…..
Om: yeah….not only that she cancelled the tea order nd ordered Esspresso but she didn’t hv a single sip….
Maahi was really surprised hearing one by one about Kaal….
Rudy: but I didn’t get one thing….
Om: wt….
Rudy: how did she know about the news….
Hearing it the knife in Ali’s hand slipped ……Maahi with a smile….
Maahi: don’t get tense Ali….we didn’t ask you anything…..u told that you called Kaal to inform about Chotu’s wish….after hearing her words….. i understood how did she get it…..
The 3 looked at Ali…..he didn’t say anything….
Shiv: Ali….wt Maahi said is right?
Maahi: Shiv….leave him…..he didn’t say anything to us about her acts….bcz for them Kaal is not only their boss…she is….
Rehman: our Goddess…..he said….
They all surprisedly looked at Rehman….he smiled nd became busy in preparations…..they exchanged looks….
When Maahi poured the tea in cups…..
Om: Maahi …ab mein samajgaya…Kaal kyom tumse herbal tea maangi…
ShivRuHi looked at Om…
Om: truely its aroma is enough to take away the stress…..he complimented while inheling its aroma…..
Maahi smiled….nd nodding his head said thank you….Ali came near Maahi to take the tray but Maahi denied…nd said he will ….
Omru took the cups nd Shiv also took one….Omru looked at Shivaay with surpise……seeing their expressions….
Shiv: till this day always I prepared for us……aaj bhaine banayatha so how should I avoid without tasting it……
Maahi looked at Shiv for his words nd said thank you…..
“you r my brother…..koi ajnabee nahi” …..said with a smile…..hearing it they all remembered Kaal’s words nd smiled……
“I will come”….said Maahi moved with the tray…
When he went out …he saw Kaal who stood a little far from the others enjoying their playing with Sahil nd Chotu….he went near Kaal ….before he reached her ….the herbal aroma reached her…..she closed her eyes inheling it to enjoy…..he gave the cup to her……taking it …
Kaal: thanks Maahi……..she said herself in a little bit loud….
MaahI: mein koi ajnabee nahi……said
Hearing Maahi’s voice…..with a jerk she opened eyes nd turned to see the person….she was little shocked seeing Maahi as she didn’t expect that he brings for her….. she felt Ali will come nd give…..
With a smile He moved two steps but was stopped nd came back ……. she surprisedly looked him for his move……..standing beside her ……
Maahi: tum sabko chakma desakhtheho lekin mujko nahi…..now in wt the way u r behaving is totally out of line…..i can understand it….. yaad rakh Dost…..said he moved calling the girls saying “ come on girls….tea break”……
She starred at him for his words…few seconds later looking into the sky….
Kaal: hey bhagvan….kis cheese se banayatha yeh Oberoi Brothers ko tune…..kaise sambhalu …..
She starred at them thinking about her further action…..
Later completing Lunch they all sat playing with Sahil nd Chotu……by evening Chacha came nd said….
Chacha: beta sab tayyar hai…..
Kaal: okay Chacha……said she turned to the girls ….
“hey girls come with me …..Uncle…..give that pkts to boys”….said she moved to the upstairs …..girls followed her…..
Rehman gave the pkts to the boys nd Sahil nd Chotu……they all looked at the pkts….
Shiv: wts this all….
Chacha: you all will get ready first then you all come to know….jaao beta…..he said….
They all went to the rooms nd few minutes later came out nd saw the girls who got ready in a beautiful attires….they all mesmerized seeing their lady loves……
Maahi: where is Kaal? He questioned……
They all looked at Chacha doubtedly…..
Roopa: she is in the garden…..
They all went out nd seeing the party arrangements nd the musical band they all were surprised….went near Kaal nd Shiv asked….
“ yaar yeh sab kya hai…..”…
She turned nd looked them…..
Kaal: for you all…..nd to entertain you all…. spending the time with you all ….. don’t know once again shall I get this opportunity in my life or not bcz this is not my destination…..said looking around…
“shut up”…..shouted Shiv in anger…..
Anni: Kaal…why r u talking like that…..
Om: har bar kyom tum jaaneki baaremein baath karrahiho yaar……..
Kaal: okay baba…sorry for wt I told…..plz…..shall we start…she requested very cutely…..
They all smiled nd moved to the party area…..nd started enjoying the party nd music…….
But Maahi noticed the absence of Ali nd Rehman uncle…..but he didn’t say it to anyone…….they all spend a lovely time together….after completing the dinner…..the party ended almost by midnight…they all became tired …to comeout from the tiredness Kaal ordered to serve them a special juice…..they all take it but no one notice that Maahi didn’t…after that …..they all went inside……they retired to their allotted rooms…..the Haveli lights were turned off……
Few minutes later……Kaal cameout nd sitting in the car she sighed Ali….the car silently crossed the Haveli main gate nd the gates closed behind…….
