Nandu has become habitual of Hitesh blaming Bhim Rao for everything. Mohan differs, they fear Bhim Rao cursing someone’s happiness. Ramji asks him to be quiet. Purushottam complains about Bhim Rao and his family being the only ones who want to speak, he is leaving. Bhim Rao request him to stop, think about Shoba and Deepak Shoba can live without Purushotam. Rama begs him to stop. Purushottam refuse to have a family, Deepak asks him to leave. Bhim Rao tries to stop him but Shoba and Deepak doesn’t let him do so. Deepak and Rama questions, Shoba refuse, she will not let go until Purushottam leaves somewhere far. Rama tells that Purushottam is important for their family. Rama and Bhim Rao are way above important. Deepak can not see Bhim Rao begging someone, he doesn’t care about Purushottam leaving, its enough to have people like Bhim Rao and Rama his life. Bhim Rao tells that a family is important. Shoba questions, she never had a family, everyone was trying to fix something already broken. Purushottam never cared about his family. Rama and Bhim Rao are upset for Shoba and Deepak. Shoba can never get upset while having people who care for her. Deepak wants Bhim Rao to go to work and pave way for everyone. They send Bhim Rao tow work, Shoba makes Bhim Rao promise not to stop Purushottam. Jijabai questions Shoba for being out of mind. Bhim Rao leaves. Jijabai asks Meera to move back to Shoba’s house, Meer can not leave Jijabai, would move if Jijabai moves with her. Jijabai wont even go to hell with Meera.
Bala visits the factory asking for work, the men tells that there are only two slots left Bala suggests him and Anand to work. Anand think that Lakshmi and Karuna would work here. Bala asks about Rama. Rama wants Karuna and Lakshmi to work here, she will find work somewhere else. Bala, Anand and Rama left. Sethji asks for their names.
Bhim Rao comes to work asking the manager to take leave for today. The manager after hearing what Bhim Rao said yesterday. Bhim Rao started working, but before he wrapped his hand in cloth and sat down with the files. The manager asks him to stand up and throw the cloth wrap away. Bhim Rao does so, than get tosses match stick to burn the cloth, its better to burn this evidence. Bhim Rao lit the match stick remembering how the manager insulted and undermined her before. The manager wants Bhim Rao to work while sitting on the seat, this office will not differentiate between casts anymore. Bhim Rao returns him the matchstick asking if he is doing all this as a favor. Bhim Rao doesn’t want the manager to return the favor. The manager told that the unwrapped his eyes. Bhim Rao places the chair next to the burning cloth. The manager questions. Bhim Rao is capturing the moment in hiss mind. One day the suppression will be burnt elevating his people to their rightful position.
Shoba prepares Deepak for school asking him not to consider the absurd questions that will come his way regarding the wedding and Purushottam. Deepak should study hard and reach a position where these question don’t hurt anymore. Deepak will not distract himself, he wipes Shoba’s tears assuring to reach places worth praise.
Bhim Rao looks at the newspaper he was forbidden to touch. He touches all those folders remembering his struggle. He places his file on the desk, opens the newspaper, sits on his chair to take a deep breath and starts reading the newspaper.
