Bhim says it would not come to that and they will surely give the money, Bhim asks Shishupal to give the papers to Sir and take the license but Shishupal says it is the right of him, Bhim then turns to Sethji who also says that Bhim should go ahead and take the license, Bhim slowly walks to stand in front of the officer from whom he takes the license, Bhim while holding the license is relieved while Shishupal, Sethji along with the supporters are joyed, they all start clapping for Bhim which angers those who oppose him, Jija Bai leaves saying this is all that was left to do in this Chawl. Bhim smiles after reading the document, Ramji congratulates Bhim, he says it is not just a license but belief that those doors who were believed to closed for them are now open, he was always fighting

for his own right but for the first time got his right in their world, even if it is small but they have started something which is because ever since he came after opening closed doors then Ramji never said how much injuries he has suffered but encouraged him to always break the doors that come in his way in the future which is why Ramji also has the same right over the license and he wants that Ramji should hold it just as when he would come back in the childhood with the report card to give it to him, Bhim asks Ramji to take it, he holds the license in his hands an opening it starts looking at it. Ramji then gets emotional telling Bhim it is never that easy for a father to keep instructing the children to break the doors and move ahead as he knows that these situations in their society hurt a lot and gives injuries which last a while, he knows the shoulders of Bhim are injured but until there is even a single drop of blood and desire to fight then he should not stop and sit down , Bhim agrees to not stop, neither get tired nor sit down hearing which Ramji feels immensely proud of his son so gives his blessings to him, Bhim then taking the license puts it again before walking back to the officer whom he appreciates for giving the license and then has a conversation with, Bhim walks out of the Chawl with Shishupal, Sethji and Shamla.

Ramji asks everyone to go back to their work as the drama has ended, Shoba says that the day of everyone in the Chawl revolves around what Bhim does, Deepak says that Bhim is the leader of this Chawl, Janardhan warns they all would fall when Shoba warns Janardhan to first keep his words in check as it is possible they might feel bad, Ramji advises Shoba to not talk like this, he says she also feels bad but they only understand such language.

Meera Bua comes inside asking Jija Bai if the food is still not ready, Jija Bai says that Meera Bua can see she is cleaning the vegetables so advises that she should stop making fun, Meera Bua replies she is just advising her that if she gets involved in matters not relating to her then it would cause problem for her in this life, Jija Bai replies she lives according to her own desires and not Bhim Rao, she says Meera Bua should leave as the food will be served.

Meghnath recalls when Rama said that he will get the answer from her husband who is bringing back the money which he threw, Bhim tells Meghnath that whatever he did for him was his duty and he cannot take money for it, Meghnath is furiously looking at Bhim who is still holding the money but when Meghnath does not move he places it on the foot steps, Meghnath then spits on the other side telling Bhim Rao he understands what Bhim or his society thinks of, as he feels that with the small acts then the difference between them both would end just like when someone keeps biting the Pan then after a while the entire mouth becomes of the same color which Bhim desires should happen but it is not possible, Sethji and Shishupal get furious, Meghnath says it is the dream of Bhim which will never be fulfilled, he says he even saw Rama who has become even more strong then Bhim but it will end very soon. Bhim tells Meghnath that it is not his thought but reality which he will show, Bhim takes out the license in front of Meghnath and the other people of the upper class, Meghnath asks what is it, Shishupal replies this is the license to publish the newspaper, Shishupal says the officer thought Bhim was honest so he himself came to drop the license and Sethji says that the officer realized Bhim is different, Bhim tells Meghnath that neither him nor his society can throw them out, while till now only people of his class used to publish papers but after today even their class will be able to print as now they have become equal, Meghnath says that Bhim has started to think of him as a Barrister when he has the support of three people, the Investor comes saying he found out Bhim got the license so he has brought the money, Bhim takes the money in his hands seeing which Shishupal and Sethji are also joyed, Bhim thanks him for it after which the person leaves, Bhim turning tells Meghnath that they are not three but four, so Meghnath should keep counting as the clan increases, Meghnath says he will also see how he publish the newspaper, Shishupal says now they all would see, Sethji says that the Bhim who can change the heart of the foreign nationality would have something, Meghnath replies he is not of them and is the one who will change Bhim Rao, so orders them all to leave from here, Shishupal along with Shamla leaves with Sethji, Meghnath calls the other people of upper class ordering them to follow Bhim Rao and snatch all the money which he has, they both leave after Bhim while Meghnath is furious.
