In this episode David questions Police officer for arresting him. Police said that same to Sriram, they can not arrest a British officer. Sriram showed him testimony of his own man against him. According to it, the law speaks to have David arrested. David throws the warrant away, asks for who long they will have him jailed or who will fight against him in court. Government will not let a British officer be punished. Joshi asks David to trust him, he will have David released within 24 hours. Police takes David with them for now.
Shoba tells Arti how she was a notorious child. One day everyone got to know that Arti is scared of cats, so they used cat as a tool to make Arti stay at home. Arti has grown brave enough to fight David. Shoba has always been her mentor. She never feared
David is being ridden back to the station. Arti stops the police. Shoba questions Arti, Deepak asks her to let him be jailed. Arti yearns for him to accept his child; she truly loves David. Shoba stops her from begging someone who doesn’t care. Arti can have a child be raised healthy if he has his father by his side. Bhim Rao and Rama request David to accept the child. They will be celebrating Arti motherhood tonight, he can come. Everyone else requests David to accept it, including Ramji. David questions everyone for stopping, he loves seeing everyone beg at him. Arti pleads, begs him to accept his child. David orders policemen to take him. Arti tries to go after him, Shoba stops her at once. Arti cries loudly. Shoba and Rama take her back home.
Upon returning to chawl, Hitesh taunts David and his ego who didn’t care about anything. Deepak threatens to hit him with a rock. Shoba stops Deepak. Janardan taunts Deepak asks him to care about everyone else and their hurdles. Bhim Rao questions Janardan for amusing himself with other people’s misery. Arti tried her best to bring father of her child home, but she lost. She guarantees to provide her child with everything. They will have the celebration. Joshi heard her, wanted them to have the celebration. It’s shameful for him to see his caste member siding with Bhim Rao.
Ramji talks to Bhim Rao about Anand’s changing behavior. Lakshmi and Anand are not even answering them, questions why they are doing so. Bhim Rao has no clue, they told Rama about not following Bhim Rao’s path. Jijabai taunts them for being more egoistic than David. Ramji shouts at her, ask her to be quiet. Jijabai wants them to listen to her first, at least David heard Arti than left. Bhim Rao asks her to speak. Jijabai tells that Bhim Rao and Ramji treat everyone like their woman, just like David treated Arti. Anand and Lakshmi want to free themselves from that slavery that Bhim Rao and Ramji cannot accept. Ramji asks if Jijabai is done. Ramji is not conspiring against anyone; he worries if Anand and Lakshmi are going through something. Bhim Rao agrees, Anand and Lakshmi never share their problem just like they didn’t at he time of contract labor. Jijabai does not agree. Meera questions Bhim Rao about Rama, she is no where to be found, everyone is waiting for her at he ceremony. Bhim Rao goes looking for her.
He finds Rama sitting alone, sobbing. He questions her for it. Rama was crying at Arti’s miserable state, she kept begging David to stay but he left. She questions why men don’t understand women and their needs. Men take women for granted, consider her vulnerable. Men are free to do everything while women are forced to handle all responsibilities. Rama questions Bhim Rao.
