The episode begins with Bhim Rao questioning Joshi’s strength.
Deepak slowly wakes up and so does everyone else which bothers both David and Varchand. They complaint about their heads hurting. Varchand asked everyone to sit, Bhim Rao will tell them about the treatment. Anand went to bring Bhim Rao.
Bhim Rao told that his strength was a combination of every lower caste. Bhim Rao pushed Joshi away, he fell on the ground. Anand came. Bhim Rao told Joshi and he will use his watch as evidence against him in court. Joshi will be punished for his crime. Anand took Bhim Rao inside as everyone woke up complaining about headache.
Jijabai was preparing food. Ramji came to her, he appreciated and thanked Jijabai for helping the lower caste and Bhim Rao today. Jijabai has always supported her caste and she always will but not Bhim Rao.; Ramji asked her to think calmly. Jijabai refused to get in an argument with Ramji right now. She left. Ramji waits for the day she will find Bhim Rao right.
Varchand and David came to Joshi. Varchand calmed him, thing will happen for the better. Joshi refuse, things will happen according to his plan. He will use all the wealth he has to defeat Bhim Rao tomorrow and impede lower caste’s treatment. David took everyone home; he has called a lawyer there.
Bhim Rao fed Hitesh just like everyone else. Bhim Rao decided to go home to prepare for tomorrows’ case. Rama stopped him, she has brought all his stuff here. She asked him to sit aside and prepare, she will bring food to him.
Joshi, Varchand and tha lawyer sit down and David’s dinner table. Lawyer questioned the emergency. David will tell him about everything, first they should eat. Varchand and David insisted Joshi to eat.
Bhim Rao prepares for his case.
David explains everything to the lawyer. The lawyer praised Bhim Rao for fighting the case himself. Joshi knows the reason behind his strength. Bhim Rao has been in conflict with almost everyone and has almost win in majority cases. Varchand told that Bhim Rao has used strike as his strategy to win small battle but not the major ones, like David’s child case. Varchand is sure that Bhim Rao will lose this time. David asked Lawyer to prove that doctor strike was legitimate, and that hospital is a societal construct. Its isn’t anything wrong about the hospital management not allowing lower caste to enter. Joshi told Lawyer about his gold watch. The lawyer silently listened to everything, he praised the food. Varchand questioned him for not answering the right question. Lawyer told that court will decided who wins and lose, he will defeat Bhim Rao tomorrow.
Rama came to Bhim Rao with food. She insisted him to eat while preparing for food. Bhim Rao told Rama that he will appeal to set the court in hospital, only then will the judge better understand the pain. Anand questions laws relation with sentiments. Bhim Rao replied that law is made for humans, to punish and console them. Doctor, Joshi, David and Varchand played with live, there can be no bigger sentiment than a human’s life.
David helps Lawyer wear his coat as a gesture to wish him luck for court’s hearing. Varchand came asking why Lawyer hasn’t left. A winner never goes to court early. Everyone left for court. Joshi informed everyone that judge ruled to have the court set in hospital. Everyone wondered why. Rama told that Bhi Rao appealed to have it done. David replied that his lawyer will have the venue changed. Rama questioned, them doing so will put their position in doubt. She came here to tell everyone that. The lawyer told Rama that his shining coat exemplifies his victories. He has never lost a single case, and never will. Rama told that Bhim Rao has a coat as well, not as shinny as the lawyers but it has stayed with him through all ups and downs. Bhim Rao will wear that coat to win the case.
