The episodes started with everyone rushing over to fainted Rama. They called Jijabai and Meera outside, Meera asked for water.
Bhim Rao was questioned by Guruji, he replied that a every poor should work to be rich. Poor must be prepared for every battle but thy must voice their hunger.
Everyone tries to wake Rama, Lakshmi said that she doesn’t eat well. They asked them to pressurizer Rama for a good diet. Rama woke up, Meera inquired. Rama didn’t tell Meera, said that she had a headache. She asked everyone to leave, assuring her health. Jijabai said that she didn’t want Rama to die in hunger, she wants Bhim Rao to understand his necessity to earn for the better life of him and his siblings. Rama thought to himself that a man who enjoys books more that the joys and wonders
Bhim Rao sitting beside Guruji was asked about his condition. Bhim Rao told that he was hungry, couldn’t eat due to Rama’s siblings. Guruji took him somewhere.
Rama was hanging the clothes. She saw Daliya amma eating. Daliya amma asked if she wanted to have some. Rama wished to join but stopped realizing that Bhim Rao would be hungry as well. She tied her a cloth tightly around her waist to stop the hunger that has been troubling her.
Guruji took Bhim Rao to his home. He introduced him to his wife, she was amazed to see Bhim Rao. They asked him to enter. He took his shoes off, hesitate to enter the house of an upper caste. They eased Bhim Rao because they didn’t believe in the caste structure of the society. Bhim Rao took a seat, was amazed to see the number of books. Guruji and is went aside. While dishing out food for Bhim Rao Guruji praised Bhim Rao. His wife questioned; she didn’t consider him a good guy because otherwise he wouldn’t be sitting here while his wife was starving back at home. Or he would at least remember his wife before having this meal, she asked Guruji not to bring him back to their house. she served him food. Bhim Rao hesitated, he willed to take a bite but refused to eat. Guruji inquired, he said that before leaving he split roti into two, ate half of it but wasn’t sure if Rama ate her half or fed it her siblings. He asked if he could take the food home, he wanted to share it with his wife. Guruji’s wife asked him to eat here, she will pack more for Rama. Bhim Rao refused. Guruji asked his wife to pack his and Rama’s food. Guruji praised Bhim Rao for passing another exam of his life. They gave him food, Bhim Rao thanked them and left. The wife asked Guruji to bring Bhim Rao home, she would love to feed him.
Rama decided to play with her siblings, to distract herself from the hunger. She called them. Lakshmi said that they were playing out. Excited the see the pebbles in Rama’s hand she asked her to play. They sat down to play; she noticed the cloth around Rama’s waist. She knew what it was for, asked Rama to understand that Bhim Rao was wrong. She was performing her duty, while Bhim Rao must be enjoying in college, he would have eaten something there. Lakshmi said that that being a women she knows how much it hurts to have an irresponsible husband. Bhim Rao appeared, with food in his hand. He said that he wasn’t irresponsible, he just seems to be one. He said to Rama that he brought food. Lakshmi left saying that Rama must eat. Bhim Rao questioned the cloth tied around Rama’s waist. He was untying it. Rama asked from where he got the food. Bhim Rao told him about Guruji. They sat and fed each other.
