In this episode Ramji asks Bhim Rao to go. Maloji calls Bhim Rao, he wants to join Bhim Rao but will be a trouble knowing that everyone hates him there. Bhim Rao understands, he likes seeing and knowing that Maloji still cares about his people. Bhim Rao left. Shoba asked Deepak to stay behind and take care of Meera. Everyone else left. Deepak took Meera upstairs. Maloji told Jijabai that they will not spare Joku, they did the same to him as well. Jijabai wishes for Joku to be punished.
A man introduce himself as the judge of this meeting here. He asks Joku if he stole or not, Joku told that he was manipulated in committing the crime for alcohol. Bhim Rao asks the judge to contemplate why Joku became an alcohol. Vaijnath has no concern with Bhim Rao’s lecture, he must answer a direct question. Ramji asked them to understand that reason why Joku stole, everyone is here to witness Joku’s innocence. Phuliya begs them to forgive her husband since the money has been collected back. Janardan, Hitesh and others came to the meeting telling that Joku is a thief who has stolen before. Manohar agrees with Janardan. Daliya and Lakshmi question them, ask them not to stand against them if not in favor. Joku insists on his innocence, he is not a thief. Vaijnath asks the judge to look at the results, Joku’s neighbor is claiming him to be thief. Bhim Rao refuse, Hitesh and others are falsely accusing Joku to save their job offered by Vaijnath, the opponent in this meeting. Vaipal questions, he can claim Bhim Rao to be the caretaker of lower caste bound to help them under all conditions. Vaijnath asks the judge to pass his ruling. Ramji refuses to accept a committee whose members only listen to the upper caste. Vaijnath spoke in anger, Ramji can go to any court that pleases him but the committee here will pass their ruling. The committee after discussion announce joku’s punishment for being proved guilty, he has been excised from his chawl for 4 days, in that time, Joku will not receive any help or food from his people. In case of need, Joku would have to beg the upper caste. For all those who negate will be ejected from this chawl for a lifetime. The committee leaves, Bhim Rao follows them questioning for their unjust ruling.
Vaijnath orders his men to kill Bhim Rao once he returns, they will claim him to be disobeying the societal law. Ramji notices Vaijnath’s men preparing themselves. Bhim Rao comes back agreeing with Ramji, they must go to court now. Bhim Rao goes to Joku. Ramji notices Vaijnath’s men stepping towards Bhim Rao. Ramji takes Bhim Rao, Anand senses something wrong. Vaijnath sends everyone away since helping Joku would have adverse effect. The chawl members forcefully take Phuliya with them. Shishupal sends Hitesh and others back to work. The upper caste orders Joku to stay away from them, he will not get any help from them. Vaijnath has taken a step forward in avenging Varchand and Joku, the upper caste made the right decision by making Vaijnath their representative. Vaijnath leaves playing his instrument while his people chant his name.
Ramji brings Bhim Rao home, he questions. Ramji tells that Vaijnath’s men decided to kill Bhim Rao there, no matter the criminal the target is always Bhim Rao. Maloji agrees. Rama assures that no matter what unfolds nothing will happen to Bhim Rao. Phuliya enters chawl crying, Ramji calms her, the upper caste wants the chawl members to strain over this issue. Jijabai taunts, says that Ramji and Bhim Rao have guaranteed help. She asks Ramji to come inside for lunch. Rami questions her. Jijabai’s biggest issue is about her husband not eating lunch. Phuliya sends Ramji inside, she has no strength to tackle Jijabai at the moment. Ramji leaves. Phuliya requests Bhim Rao to save her husband. Bhim Rao will think of something.
Bhim Rao visits the police station, he informs the policeman about the unjust ruling and punishment against Joku. He requests Policeman to help. The policeman refused to help; he cannot intervene in societal mater. Bhim Rao wants the law to interfere, society is oppressing his people unlawfully. Policeman asks Bhim Rao not to act stubborn. Bhim Rao needs assurance and some actions otherwise. Shishupal interferes saying that Bhim Rao will get dramatic, call a protest or a strike. He asks policeman to rest, Shishupal will handle Bhim Rao.
