In this episode Varchands’s men distributed food in the society. Some denied having it while some enjoyed. Men announced that those who will follow Varchand would be given clothes and money. Daliya and Meera refused to collaborate. They could see who was fair and more advantageous for them, Bhim Rao or Varchand. The men were asked to chose again wisely. Lakshmi decided to join Varcahnd, Meera and everyone questioned her. Jijabai supported Lakshmi. She leaned forward to eat the food, Anand stopped her. Bhim Rao intervened, said that Anand can not stop her. Anand asked Lakshmi to realize where the food came from. Lakshmi didn’t care, she hasn’t eaten a meal like this in years. She has decided to follow Varchand. Bhim Rao stopped Anand, said that an individual has a right to choose
Varchand was having his lunch, asked who will the retrieve the money they spent of distributing food and clothes. His wife advised that they would make the people work, Varchand would rule the men while she would command the females. Varchand praised her idea, they both shared a laugh. Varchand hushed his wife, taunted her for being barren.
Rama stopped Anand from snatching food from Lakshmi. Bhim Rao and Meera insisted Anand to let go. Lakshmi thinks that she would never get a meal like this in her life. Men asked everyone to eat in silence. Lakshmi sat and ate. Anand left.
Varchand was informed about Lakshmi’s stance of siding with him. He was overjoyed, considered it a victory. Inquired his if Bhim Rao was present when Lakshmi ate the food. Men informed that Bhim Rao didn’t oppose Lakshmi once, rather advocated that everyone had the right to choose. Even Rama supported Bhim Rao. Varchand assumed Bhim Rao trying to be noble, his own sister in law insulted his values. Bhim Rao must be angry, but helpless at the same time.
Anand took off his shirt, saw his wounds, they were hurting. Realized that Ramji would have felt he same, promised not to inform anyone. He would be patient like Ramji, would do anything for his family. Jijabai called Anand; he immediately wore the shirt back hiding his wounds. Jijabai requested Anand to not consider Lakshmi wrong. Bhim Rao was right about individual’s right to decide for themselves. Bhim Rao agreed with Jijabai. Anand should reconcile with Lakshmi. Anand was smart enough to differ between right and wrong. He said to Bhim Rao that he has always been calm in every situation because of Rama. Who tries to understand Bhim Rao, but Lakshmi wasn’t like her. Anand was sad that Ramji’s wife wasn’t like Rama as well. He requested everyone to leave him alone. They heard that Varchand send clothes.
Men distributed clothes among the people. Lakshmi happily took her cotes. They were ordered to wear their new clothes for tomorrow’s celebration. Daliya amma’s son was heading home, she stopped and slapped him from coming inside her house. Everyone left to their houses. Lakshmi went inside. Anand went after her. Rama requested him not to scold Lakshmi.
Anand came to Lakshmi. She requested him not to stop her at all. Se was tired of living by Bhim Rao’s rule. Anand put the cloth on Rama, said that it looked like a black stain on her. For Anand Bhim Rao could never be wrong. He left.
Rama came to Bhim Rao, with the apology letter in her hand. She asked Bhim Rao for help. Rama asked her to write an apology letter. Bhim Rao questioned. Bhim Rao promised policeman to find 20 children, but he failed. Bhim Rao knew that policeman must have asked Rama, and it wasn’t right. Rama didn’t care what was right or wrong, she asked him to write the apology letter. Bhim Rao refused
