Rama asks Bhim what did he understand, he replies that sometimes fear is nice and whatever Rama did was right, he goes to sit at the desk to study while Rama gets busy with her work, Bhim calls her to him saying he never thought about fear before today nor did he write but he understood today that sometimes fear is also good and it is necessary to stop something bad from happening, he will even write these things in the diary. Bhim appreciates Rama before starting to write it in his diary, seeing which Rama gets emotional, mentioning that when she sees him write good things in the diary she feels as if she is cleaning the rice and even the house, or even making the heart feel better. Bhim turning to Rama says he even feels the same, he says he would go to work when Rama mentions there

is time for his work however Bhim says he has to search for the worker. Rama asks what happened to the previous, and Bhim says that Sethji asked his advice which the worker felt bad about so he left his job, Rama asks what he felt so bad about, and Bhim replies that he has always lived amongst the people who have the same mentality, he says these people have little understanding which is why they do not know what to feel and how to control the emotions however he says he will leave so gets up. Rama stops him saying that today the worker left because someone asked for his advice but a lot of years from now when people would ask for his advice then they would see, Bhim asks who from them both would be alive, Rama replies she meant his teachings and both their mothers used to say that people tend to become a star and so they will see how people follow his teachings. Bhim hugs Rama tightly so she asks what happened, he replies she said that after a lot of years, they would see it after being the stars but then they would not be able to hug each other like this, Bhim then tells Rama he is going to leave.

In the market the people are busy with their discussion, Shishupal reaches the shop owner saying he was about to give the work so he should give him the work, and the shop owner says he should say it again. Shishupal requests him to give him some work when the shop owner says he should call him master five times, hearing which the shop owner and his friends start smiling. Shishupal keeps calling him master, and the shop owner says he feels very calm but after this, he says Shishupal should go and search for some work, Shishupal replies says he will give him the ob after five slaps but the shop owner replies said it, however, would Shishupal beat hi, hearing this Shishupal furiously picks the shop owner but then thinks about how Bhim told him that one has to chose between the pen and the stick, realizing this Shishupal puts him down and calling the shop owner says he held the pen in his hand and it is due to that pen that he did not beat the shop owner, so says he does not want his work because if Bhim Rao is searching for so long then even he will keep searching.

Bhim tells the worker that he needs to work in the newspaper office and the work is easy, but the worker says he does not want to do it however Bhim says it is not any problem so he leaves.

Shishupal goes to the vendor requesting some work but the person says he is the son of Meghnat however Shishupal replies he will even clean however one of the workers requests Shishupal to not do his work because then what would they do, Shishupal replies that it is not like this and Bhim says one can do anything however the worker kneels in front of Shishupal requesting him to let them do their work so Shishupal walks away.

Bhim is also requesting the worker to come with him even when he knows the pay is a bit less but the worker leaves saying he would do some other work. Bhim wonders where will he search for a worker as everyone needs the job but their conditions are very high, Shishupal mentions he would do anything without the conditions but Bhim questions how would he do it saying he will find another person, Shishupal replies he has just started studying so why would anyone give him a respectable job, Bhim agrees when Shishupal replies he learned that it is very difficult to work but he liked it a lot, Bhim leaves with Shishupal.

Rama is serving food to Ramji when she calls Bua asking her to feed the food to Ramji as she has to go to work Bhim also left early to search for a worker but then said he would come back to eat if he had the time, Meera says that Rama is very nice and cares a lot for Ramji. Karuna comes out and questions where is Aai, Ramji says he does not know so she says she will go outside to see, Meera asks Karuna to tell Jija Bai that she should stay when her husband is eating.

Phulari along with Jaggu, Manohar, and Janardhan asks Jija Bai what did Rama do as she knows that they did not fight, Jija Bai replies that she is telling the truth and Rama pleads in front of her but they do not believe her, Karuna also comes asking what are they all saying, Phulari informs they want her help in throwing Puran out of the Chawl, Jija Bai says she cannot help them and tries to leave but Phulari replies they all are together against Bhim and she needs to support them but Jija Bai tries to leave saying she cannot support them, Phulari asks why is she not helping them as she has made a deal with Rama but Jija Bai says she did not do anything of the sort, Phulari asks then has she joined the hands of Bhim however Jija Bai says it can never happen, Jija Bai demands Phulari to let go of her hand but she does not listen which anger Jija Bai who slaps Phulari, seeing which they all are shocked. Jija Bai warns that she will never be the supporter of Bhim and that if she has the strength then should oust Puran, Phulari furiously tries to hit Jija Bai with the hot teapot however Bhim manages to stop her from behind, Ramji jee comes along with the remaining members of the Chawl, they all are shocked seeing Bhim furiously holding the pot.
