Ramji tells Jokhu he has committed a sin because he himself does not work in life, Jokhu asks Ramji to not give a lecture as he is not interested in hearing it, Janardhan says that Bhim says if they do something wrong then it is found so asks everyone to go and do their work, Shoba says to Phuliya that ever since she has joined them against Bhim then is doing a lot of things, Phuliya says that if she is not able to find any proof against them then should not think about blaming them, Janardhan advises Bhim to be careful as who knows what might be lost, Jokhu threatens to file a case against them when Bhim replies he wil also file a case against them and even file the report, they all start laughing at Bhim saying he should not bluff and they will talk once he finds the truth.
The hawker comes running into the Chawl while the workers are threatening to kill him, Bhim is shocked seeing the newspapers in his hands along with the other supporters when Bhim asks what happened so the people say that this hawker was going with his newspaper due to which Meghnath stopped and make fun of them but after that Meghnath left but they all felt bad so thought about taking them. The workers inform Bhim about the entire truth, the hawker tells Bhim he bought it after giving four portions of the food, Bhim says it is not the mistake of the seller but those who sold his newspaper, Bhim says he just right now vowed to get them punished and so now he will surely do it, Bhim asks the hawker who sold the newspapers to him and the hawker points to Phuliya, Janardhan, Manohar and Jokhu, seeing which they all get tensed while Bhim along with his supporters are furious. Shoba says they all knew that all of them were behind it and now even have the proof, Jokhu says what would they do to them and will they get them hanged, Manohar says they have not done anything wrong, Rama says Bhim was not drinking milk as he kept thinking he did something wrong but they all even made fun of his efforts, Manohar says they used the newspapers to sell them and eat the street food. Ramji says they all have jumped in the life of his son which will not be tolerated as they all kept making fun of his son an now broke into the office to steal the newspaper. Phuliya requests Ramji to think they do what Bhim Rao has said as they should live for the life of the people in their class and he should think they have just eaten the street food so she does not feel there is anything due to which Bhim Rao would feel bad.
Bhim says they all are going to go to the prison, saying he used to forgive them all but today they have committed a crime which si never forgiven nor forgotten and it is just worthy of being punished, he says he is right now going to file a report against them and get then punished for their crime. Jokhu asks if Bhim has gotten mad that he would send them to jail so suggests they would pay the money for the street food while he can do whatever he desires but Rama refuses saying that the criminals try to find a way to escape, Deepak asks Bhim to come saying they will file a report, Jija Bai asks how can he file a report like this saying it is about the Chawl and should remain here, she even tells Ramji to stop his son because if he files the report against them today then can even become his enemy. Bhim replies he is still going to go and file a report against them while even get them punished, Ramji stops Bhim saying he feels that there is no need to file the report but Bhim replies he feels there is a need because had these people stolen his efforts but they have stolen the efforts of Sethji, Shishupal and himself all at once so they will surely be punished.
Shishupal while walking with Shamla says he does not understand how Bhim Rao would be able to sell the newspapers tomorrow, Meghnath stops him saying he would not be able to understand a lot of things as he could not understand till now how his son Shishupal become like this when Bhim who just shows dreams can lead to people believing in him, when is it so easy to sell newspapers tomorrow as he is not going to let it happen. Shishupal says there are fifteen families in the neighborhood and if they join them all then there would be a lot of fathers but none of them would be happy on the failure of their own son like him, and who is always trying to ruin his own son. Meghnath says that when the newspapers would not be sold tomorrow then there is going to be a party at his house where he will call the families, and just as when they tend to get rid of their arm if it gets weak then he even did it with his own son. Shishupal replies he should surely hold a party suggesting he will himself invite everyone, Shamla asks Shishupal to calm down and come inside, Meghnath asks her to take him as he is not able to think, Shishupal replies he is able to think clearly right now, Meghnath gets worried when Shamla makes Shishupal swear on her life to stay calm. Shishupal asks how can he stay calm , she holding his hand says he should think that whatever his father is saying will help him fight in the future and they should respect the place from where they get any teaching, she asks him to come inside saying even she has not eaten anything. Shamla holding the hand of Shishupal starts leading him towards the house while Meghnath furiously walks back towards his own house to sit on the chair. Shishupal tells Shamla that he has always seen that women were weak in his life but seeing her he can feel that women are not weak but the strength which is busy in helping Bhim Rao while even help the broken Shishupal remain calm and peaceful. Meghnath thinks if he is not able to get his son free from the grip of Bhim Rao then this is the promise he has made to himself.
Jokhu says they all will promise they will not do anything of the sort, Ramji asks Bhim to let them go but Bhim says they have committed a crime so would be punished hearing which everyone gets worried while Bhim is contended.
