The episode begins with Rama assuring everyone that they would win the case. Jijabai taunted Rama; said she was saying like Bhim Rao would never lose. Bhim Rao went inside. Rama said that Bhim Rao loses every day from her own mother.
Next morning. Bala came asking for Bhim Rao. Rama told that he must be asleep. Jijabai asked Bala not to lure himself into Bhim Rao’s trap, it would result in disaster. Rama warned Jijabai for speaking ill about her husband. She wouldn’t tolerate anything against her husband. Would deny considering Jijabai her mother-in-law. Jijabai went inside. Rama asked Bala to go inside.
Bala came inside to find Bhim Rao sleeping on the floor. He picked up his books. Bhim Rao woke up. Bala said that Bhim Rao should have told him about the case. He came to inform Bhim Rao that the officer will file the complaint this morning and its hearing is scheduled for today as well. Bhim Rao needed a lawyer so for that Bala arranged him one. Ramji came from behind; he was shocked to see Bala. He questioned Bhim Rao about having a lawyer. Ramji wanted him to find a case. Bhim Rao told that Bala found a lawyer. The case would be fought in college as well. Bala said that they have an experience of fighting for reopening of educational institution. He grabbed Bhim Rao’s hand and took him. Ramji was happy to see his two sons together.
Barrister came to Bhim Rao’s chawl. He asked Bhim Rao not to come to office today. He had to fight a case against a college student. Rama and Lakshmi thought that Barrister found out the truth. Jijabai corrected them. Barrister invited Bhim Rao to accompany him. Bala refused, said that they had an errand to run.
Lakshmi summoned Rama to Bhim Rao’s college to help and motivate him in fighting the case. Rama argued as Bhim Rao has always asked her to prioritize her work. Lakshmi however convinced Rama, they went to Bhim Rao’s college.
Meera informed Jijabai that she was going out for some fresh air. Daliya amma informed her son that she was going to the market. Phuliya and Deepak accompanied her. Hitesh understood, told that they went to Bhim Rao’s college. Joku wanted to go as well. Seeing theme everyone went to hear the case. Jijabai decided to go as well.
In the college, Barrister appealed to have the college closed till the counter party finishes their work because they haven’t reached the court. Bhim Rao came. Barrister was shocked to see Bhim Rao. He questioned British officer why he didn’t inform him about Bhim Rao. Barrister questioned for being lied to. He threatened to leave the case. Bhim Rao asked Barrister to be honest to his job and fight the case against him. The judge ordered everyone to start the case. The lower caste came to court as well. Joshi asked them to leave. Ramji said that they can enter the court. Hitesh asked judge to punish Bhim Rao for coming to court every day and humiliating them. Daliya amma and Phuliya defended Bhim Rao.
The hearing started. Barrister put up his case in officer’s favor. The college must be closed till it mend it ways. Bhim Rao’s lawyer said that the college must remain open for students to whom education was a passion and only hope for attaining a better future like Bhim Rao. Barrister presented his argument again. Bhim Rao’s lawyer had nothing against it.
