In this episode Bhim Rao assured Joshi that college will reopen tomorrow. Joshi challenged him, warned Bhim Rao for meddling in government matters. He would have to face severe consequences for it.
Next day, Bhim Rao requested the official not to impede his education for his personal matter. The officer asked him to wait till the case ends. He must wait at home with other teachers and students. Bhim Rao argued as it wasn’t his fault. Official asked Bhim Rao to bear with it like he was. Bhim Rao asked what he would get out it. The officer said that he would be relieved. Bhim Rao told that he was passionate about his education and would do anything for it. Joshi asked what he would do. He asked Bhim Rao what he would do for education. Meanwhile, teachers came. They asked Joshi not to intervene. The officer threatened to imprison Bhim Rao. Bhim Rao in return threatened to file a case against him. The officer asked who would file an FIR against him. Bhim Rao’s teachers questioned him as well. Bhim Rao wanted to study; he had no other option but to being this case in court. Joshi was satisfied as Bhim Rao was getting trapped.
Bhim Rao went to the police station to file the complaint. He took the officer’s name, Steven Martin to which the policeman questioned Bhim Rao as the officer could take policeman’s job. Bhim Rao said that Steven Martin was doing wrong. The policeman asked Bhim Rao to watch whatever was being done. Bhim Rao said that the would visit court for it. Policeman didn’t care, said that Bhim Rao should visit the Viceroy but even that wouldn’t get him anything.
Bhim Rao decided to get Barrister’s help in fighting this case. Bhim Rao went to the officer, told him about filing a complaint against a British officer. Meanwhile, that British officer came to meet Barrister. Bhim Rao found out that they were old friends. Barrister was help by the officer in setting his career. British officer asked Bhim Rao for a glass of water. The officer came to ask Barrister to fight a case for him. Barrister happily agreed. The officer wanted hi to fight a case against a boy. Barrister asked for his name. the officer refused to tell his name.
Rama said that Bhim Rao should have told his side of the story. Bhim Rao didn’t want Barrister to be religiously biased. Ramji applauded Bhim Rao’s decision but said that he had made the path difficult for himself as well.
Maharaj’s men came to Bhim Rao. They received a letter from British officers regarding Bhim Rao filing a case against them. incase Bhim Rao lost The Maharaj would have to pay the officer 200 rupees. That money would be deducted from Bhim Rao’s salary when he would work for Maharaj.
Varchand was informed about Bhim Rao’s situation. He and Joshi called for celebration. Meanwhile a man came to inform that British officers were coming here to arrest all the college students and investigate them. Varchand asked Joshi and his friends to leave. The officer came before they could escape. He asked everyone to stand in a que.
Jijabai wanted Bhim Rao to learn his lesson. Bhim Rao asked Maharaj’s men to deliver Maharaj a message on his behalf. He wrote a letter to Maharaj.
The officer interrogated Joshi’s friend. Varchand agreed to answer every question. He asked British officer for a cup of tea and some snacks. The officer refused, he asked why all these students were at Varchand’s house at such late hour. Varchand informed that he had an NGO and these students worked in it. They spread the message of British and Indian harmony. He introduced Joshi, told that he informed him about the college incident and Bhim Rao filing a complaint against the officer. The officer asked them not to worry about the case. He praised Varchand for his NGO. Left afterwards.
Bhim Rao gave the letter, it said that Maharaj would only have to pay if Bhim Rao lost the case. In case he did Bhim Rao would bear the consequences for it. He asked for Maharaj’s answer. The men left.
Ramji said that the fight was no longer between Bhim Rao and the office but now it included Maharaj.
