In this episode Ramji goes to Rama asking for some vegetables. He didn’t have enough money to buy Bhim Rao’s medicine but gave him a penny he had as token to his new beginnings. Jijabai stopped Ramji. He scolded her. Ramji gave it to Rama. He than ate the vegetables Rama made, after took first bite and felt his stomach full. Jijabai left in anger, throwing the dishes on floor. Everyone left. Ramji asked them not to worry about. He left with his plate. Bhim Rao, Rama and the siblings ate dinner on a leaf. Bhim Rao praised the cooked meal.

Rama was distorted for eating separately but since her marriage it was the first time she ate in peace. Bhim Rao inquired where she got the money from. Rama couldn’t get the money from her workplace. While coming home, the idea to sell

her blood entered her mind. She went to sell her blood. Doctor questioned if her stomach was full, she agreed. But Rama told Bhim Rao that she got it from her Seth. Bhim Rao inquired about the Sethji because he was the only one who cared about lower caste. Rama asked if he thought she was lying. Rama said that she was going for fresh air. Ramji came to her, said that she must tell the truth.

Lakshmi complaint to Jijabai about Ramji’s actions. She was extremely annoyed. Rama’s siblings came to sleep. Jijabai questioned them, asked them to leave to their brother in – laws house. She jolted Rama’s sister. They left. Lakshmi said that the jolt wasn’t as painful as she pretended. Everyone in this house wanted to prove Jijabai wrong. Jijabai didn’t care, all she wanted was to create havoc in Bhim Rao and Rama’s life.

Ramji insisted Rama to speak to truth. Daliya told that she sold her blood to get the money. Everyone was in shock. Bhim Rao turned Rama to herself and questioned. Daliya amma saw Rama at the hospital with the doctor giving her money. He had asked Rama to take care of her health. Rama explained that she had no other choice. Bhim Rao got angry, asked how they would manage their household by selling blood. Ramji was the actual one to blame. In love, one takes the most crucial steps. Rama was in tears. Ramji and Daliya amma left.
The man had come to tell Notun his stance. He was there with his luggage, wanted to run away with her and start a new life. Notun and the man left.

Bhim Rao asked Rama why Ramji was the one to blame. Rama said that he sold his blood to free Manjula’s jewelry. Rama followed into his steps. Bhim Rao was shocked. Rama’s sister came to her said that she was in pain. Rama learned that she had fever. Bhim Rao questioned where they both were. Shankar told him the whole truth about trying to earn something and help. He informed that the man hovered them to the ground. Rama questioned them; they were her responsibility not vice versa. Rama hugged them.
