In this episode Bhim Rao goes to Ramji, Rama goes inside to Jijabai. Bhim Rao sits beside Ramji.
Rama offers help to Jijabai; she insists on helping her. Jijabai tells Rama that she sends Lakshmi and Anand instead of her and Bhim Rao to get milk and medicine, Rama must have felt bad. Rama refuse, they are all part of some family.
Bhim Rao tells Ramji to everyone is stressed, asks Ramji to tell what the doctor said. Ramji informs that Jijabai wants Bhim Rao to worry about Ramji, the doctor prescribed him some medicine, nothing happened to him.
Jijabai asks Rama to hurry up, her husband would have gotten answers to all of his questions till now. Jijabai knows that Rama came to divert her so that Bhim Rao could question Ramji. Jijabai knows the truth; it isn’t necessary for Rama and Bhim Rao to know everything. Rama handed her the herbs, she didn’t conspire against her, but she knew that Jijabai wouldn’t let Ramji say anything to Bhim Rao. Rama apologized.
Bhim Rao and Rama asks Ramji if he is telling the truth, Rama can expect Jijabai to lie but not him. Jijabai asks them to stop expecting from people. She asks them to leave. Jijabai asks Ramji to keep it between us, not tell anyone.
Lakshmi asks Anand to start fresh, tea, talk and spend time with the whole family like before. Anand refuses to go back home to everyone, he cannot. Lakshmi questions because Ramji isn’t well these days. Anand asks Bhim Rao about Ramji’s health. Bhim Rao told that Ramji is fine, but he thinks they are lying. Lakshmi refuses to consider Ramji lying. Maloji agrees, just because Bhim Rao wasn’t informed doesn’t mean something is being kept in shadow. Bhim Rao and Rama leave. Anand asks Lakshmi not to use Ramji’s health as an excuse to get him back home because he will not do so. They leave as well. Nandy invites Maloji inside to enjoy his favorite delight. Maloji refuse to repeat the previous traditions they had as brothers.
Next morning, Vaijnath calls Vaipal to bring him tea. He asks about Shishupal. He comes from outside to inform that Jijabai didn’t inform anyone about Ramji’s health. Vaipal considers it a drawback. Vaijnath has no worries, Jijabai would not be able to handle too much, once she collapses Ramji will fall as well. They should wait to see the whole show.
Ramji tells Meera and Bhim Rao that he was fed juice buy a seller, who didn’t take any money for it. Rami fell unconscious after it. Bhim Rao asks if the juice felt weird. Jijabai questions Bhim Rao for doubting everyone, there are good people out there to help. Ramji had enough of their fights, he leaves in anger, Bhim Rao goes after him. Meera stops Jijabai from going after them, Jijabai has to go to hospital to meet the doctor. Rama requests Meera not to fight with Jijabai, she will never change. Bhim Rao asks Rama to being Ramji’s shoes, he will take him out for walk. Rama sends Bhim Rao to follow Jijabai to hospital and hear her discussion with the doctor.
Jijabai finds Jijabai mid-way, asks him to give her a new prescription.
Bhim Rao goes to hospital; Jijabai was nowhere to be found. He asks a worker; the doctor hasn’t reached the hospital as well. Bhim Rao wonders.
The doctor tells Jijabai that the new medicines are expensive, she should discuss it with her sons. Jijabai refuses to do so, knowing that Bhim Rao will not rest. She asks the doctor not to inform her sons. Jijabai does not want to worry anyone. The doctor agrees, asks Jijabai to get those medicines from the hospital. Jijabai will treat Ramji herself, will not involve anyone. Jijabai needs money for medicine, she has to find work first.
Joku questions Phuliya for not willing to work under him now, Phuliya questions she thought that worked together. Joku asks her to do so now, Phuliya refuses to do so. She will run her business, Joku can work on his, he will get a lot of help. Shoba and others will help Phuliya. Joku refrains Phuliya from getting clothes from his customers, Shoba motivates Phuliya. Daliya taunts Joku, he leaves to get clothes.
In the hospital, Bhim Rao meets the doctor asking about Ramji. The doctor questions, he already informed Jijabai, whom else does he has to tell. Bhim Rao figures that Jijabai is hiding something big from him.
