Rama is requesting the manager to forgive her while holding her hands, Karuna says she should apologize while counting, the worker says that Rama was very rude as she is the wife of Bhim Rao but now would have learned a lesson, Karuna starts laughing. Lakshmi tells Karuna it is wrong however she asks her to go and get tea, Rama says that Lakshmi can leave while she once again starts apologizing.
Puran is sitting when Shoba comes asking him to have food, Puran replies he is not interested in eating today so places the dish aside wondering what would have happened with Rama, Shoba says even she is worried because the way Karuna is then she would cause a lot of problem, Bala comes furiously asking how is Karuna, she questions them both when Shoba says she knows Bala would think of it as wrong but people would talk as the person is and this is how Karuna is, Bala says that Puran should stop complaining about the people who gave him shelter, Ramji asks Bala to not take the name of the entire house because only Bhim, Rama argue to allow Puran to stay here and Meera is in the hospital but Bala has called a Panchayat, Jija Bai says that Puran lives due to them all so if they threaten to take their lives due to poison, he asks Bala to not be like his wife and Aai, Bala asks if he should be like his father, Lakshmi or Shoba who are always praising Bhim, Ramji replies he just has to say that if Karuna does something bad with Rama then it would not be suitable, Bala replies Ramji should also explain it to Rama and lakshmi, Shoba says that Bala was not like this and they did not expect it, Bala asks if she wants him to become the same old person who comes and beats his wife but Shoba replies she does not have any rivalry with him, Bala says that he was wrong when he was against his wife but is the same today, Ramji says that Bala has always stood with the wrong things but he does not care the side where one stands however is always wrong. Bala angrily turning says he is wrong and will remain the same, so why is he questioning him. Bala says he has always been patient but not anymore.
Bhim tells the officer that they would realize the truth after a while when the officer says it is not easy to run an office, Bhim says he has the support of someone who knows how to run the office and even has Shishupal who si ready to work, the officer refuses to send the file ahead but Bhim requests him to at least try and believe in them however the officer furiously throws the file on Bhim,
Rama is working when Karuna goes to stand in front of her and throws back the red chilies on the floor seeing which everyone gets shocked, Rama gets up furiously but realizes that Karuna is the manager, she asks if Rama does the work like this so orders her to do it again. Lakshmi goes to Karuna saying she should stop teasing them like this, the owner comes asking Karuna what is this behavior as she was being very nice yesterday and is now like this so this means she was just acting, Karuna when Lakshmi complains about Karuna to the owner, Karuna thinks they both have trapped her and the owner also demands an answer from her, Karuna says the owner can fire her from the job as she is accepting her fault but he should listen that she would not do it as they both pressurize her in the house but she will not bear anything in front of the work, this is why she talked in this manner with her so now the owner should see if he wants to fire her or keep her on the job. Rama tells the owner she is lying along with lakshmi but the owner refuses to believe them saying they should be glad they have such nice sister in law, he leaves saying Karuna should work like this. Rama and lakshmi are worried while Karuna is smiling,s he wiping her tears orders them both to start their work, Rama is forced to pick the spice along with lakshmi, they both are doing the work when Karuna keeps smiling.
The owner says he should come after seeing his status and must remember it, Bhim kneels to pick the papers which have fallen from the file, Bhim replies he has not come after seeing his class but he feels one should not even come after looking at their status because those who have dreams increase in their class however the officer asks him to leave. Sethji asks Bhim to come and the three of them walk out of the office, the officer wonders from where do such people come, Bhim suddenly stops along with Sethji and Shishupal, Bhim remembers how Rama said she will bear the humiliation thinking about him, Bhim goes back to the officer when he asks if Bhim does not understand, threatening to otherwise call the police. Bhim says the officer can call the police and they would decide if these officers are for the help of the people. Bhim says he should call the police saying he would take it in writing what they need to start the office, Bhim refuses to go from the office saying he would instead call the police, Shishupal tells he is Bhim Rao and no one could oust him, Sethji says Bhim used to work in his office and he could not do anything so Bhim should be given what he desires otherwise he would stay here. Bhim says he used to ask the same questions from his mother, she kept saying if he walks with the truth then would be the most valuable. The staff says they have heard of him so they should give what he desires, the other officer agrees to write it and starts preparing the document, Bhim is smiling.
