In this episode Jijabai gave men the official letter, asked for the pension. Ramji was supposed to sign another form, he did as require after which Jijabai was handed over the pension. She thanked them, told that from now on she would be coming to collect the pension. The men left. Hitesh and his fellows clapped for Jijabai, they praised her for getting the pension. Ramji left with teary eyes. Jijabai was fully satisfied.
Ramji recalled the entire incident. He got extremely angry at Jijabai, condemned her action. He surely wanted to punish Jijabai. Puranjan calmed him. Ramji complaint how his sons and their wives pressurised him to do something he opposed. Puranjan tried to calm him, said that his sons were willing to take their responsibility. Ramji questioned; he was still alive to fulfil his family’s responsibility. He ought to never forgive them. Puranjan said that it might soften Jijabai.
Jijabai snatched the right she never got. She wasn’t an idiot to love those whom she has always hated. He wont soften her heart just because of a pension. Jijabai refused to ever care for Bhim Rao. He came, asked her not to but to never worry his father about money. Jijabai asked if she was being threatened. For the time Bhim Rao was just telling her but incase anything doesn’t happen accordingly he might cross his limits. Jijabai asked him not to take a penny from this pension, he must swear upon his wife to never ask her for it only than would she not bother Ramji. Rama came, she assured Jijabai that she would not let him take any money. Ramji came in clapping. He taunted Jijabai and his children. He told Jijabai that still had strength left in him to earn. He would earn more for Bhim Rao’s education. Jijabai knew that Ramji never understood her concerns. She asked Bhim Rao to make his father understand that he was not well enough to work. Just as he brought her food, showed his care a wife also worries about her husbands’ health. Bhim Rao apologised to Ramji. He didn’t want to be lectured by Bhim Rao. He told that he would work and earn and form that money Bhim Rao would study.
Deepak came calling Bhim Rao. Deepak meet Guruji, he informed Bhim Rao that he failed in his exams. Everyone was shocked except Jijabai. Hitesh already knew, Bhim Rao being everyone’s enemy must have been the reason. Deepak was kidding, he told that Bhim Rao not only passed the exam but topped in his college. Everyone congratulated Bhim Rao. Lakshmi came to congratulate him. Jijabai called her, asked Lakshmi to prepare dinner. She looked at Ramji, said that he didn’t have money to distribute sweets. She wont be giving him any money. Ramji was thinking that Jijabai wasn’t happy on this occasion, but Bhimabai would have made sweetbread. Ramji said that he would arrange the money, bring it to Jijabai and she would make sweet for everyone. Bhim Rao asked Ramji not to argue. Jijabai stopped him; she would make anything form the money he brings other than pension. Ramji and Puranjan went to find work.
Rama told that Bhim Rao was the first of their caste who graduated 10th grade and now college. Anand and Lakshmi were proud of them. Phuliya and Daliya were honored to have Bhim Rao in their society.
