In this episode Ramji drinks the glass of juice. Shishupal and Vaipal recalls asking a doctor to give them a medicine that can enhance the disease of a person. The doctor questions, Vaipal offered him money to support the upper caste. The doctor refused. Shishupal threatened him, said tha they are Vaijnath’s son. Ramji tries to get up. Vaipal and Shishupal were waiting for him to fall down. Ramji collapses. They hide themselves from Bhim Rao and others. Bhim Rao finds Ramji; they try to wake him up. Bhim Rao went to get a doctor, asking everyone to take Ramji home. Vaipal taunts, said that Bhim Rao will indulge in this chaos to forget about everything else. He thinks that they should go home to their father who hasn’t eaten anything. Shishupal agrees, he has to remove the alcohol
Shoba tells Meera that the milk went sore, and Deepak isn’t home, so she made her lemon tea. She will make her milk tea in a while. Jijabai comes and taunts them for getting enough of their relationship. Meera tells that she has sweetness and love and in tea, Jijabai has nothing in her tea not even her husband’s love. The sore taste is quite visible. Deepak calls them, they saw everyone bringing Ramji home. Jijabai and Meera throw their tea away. Jijabai begs Ramji to get up, she questions everyone. Lakshmi told them that they found him on the road. Bhim Rao brings the doctor. After examining the doctor asks a family member to accompany him, he needs to discuss something. Bhim Rao sends Jijabai.
Vaijnath asks his son to go out today, have dinner somewhere. They were bothering Bhim Rao and his chawl for a while, don’t have to do it anymore. Vaipal questions, Vaijnath says that the doctor did everything they have been trying to do for a while. When Bhim Rao is informed about Ramji’s condition his and his people’s life will be ruined.
The Doctor asks Jijabai to cure Ramji’s disease as soon as possible. Jijabai will have him treated; doctor tells that the treatment will be expensive. Jijabai looks at Bhim Rao, he wonders. Jijabai asks the doctor where to start. The doctor gives her a prescription, asks her to take him to hospital. The doctor leaves. Jijabai comes back, Bhim Rao questions. Jijabai sends Anand to get the medicine. Bhim Rao questions her again, Jijabai asks Hitesh to take Ramji inside and Lakshmi to get some milk. Meera asks Jijabai to answer Bhim Rao’s question. Jijabai taunts Meera and her sweet tea, wants her and her husband to be left alone.
Hitesh and others put Ramji to his bed, Jijabai covers him with a cloth. Hitesh asks Jijabai what the doctor said, Jijabai thanks them for bringing Ramji inside. Meera questions her for not telling anyone. Jijabai is here for her husband, it’s something private. Jijabai can not tell anyone anything. Meera is Ramji’ sister, she pleads to be informed. Jijabai sends everyone out. She sits beside Ramji; she is his wife, and no one will come between them especially Bhim Rao and Rama. Ramji isn’t well, she wont tell anyone what the doctor said, will do everything for him. She is sure that Ramji will be his after this.
Bhim Rao requests the doctor to inform him about Ramji’s condition. The doctor asks him to ask Jijabai. Bhim Rao tells him that Jijabai will not inform. The doctor refuse to tell. Vaipal questions Bhim Rao for the hypocrisy, he lectures on unity when his own family members can not talk to each other. Rama tells Vaipal that everything has a proper time, she doesn’t want to waste her time on him so it’s better for him to leave. Vaipal knows, asks Bhim Rao if he feels bad, he must feel ashamed, he called Bhim Rao a fail person who couldn’t be there for his mother, neighbor or even a brother. Rama asks Vaipal to leave since it’s not his family matter. Vaipal will leave, but Bhim Rao must ponder on it, if Bhim Rao isn’t able to resolve his conflict with Jijabai than does, he chose to so between two castes. Vaipal thinks that it’s better for him to focus on his family.
