I don’t want to make you feel small by thanking you. Jijabai gives credit to Bhima for finding out Champa’s truth. I brought her boss here. Ram ji says you still helped us. I will never forget it. Meera and Puranjan suggest going home but Ram ji refuses to go home without Bhima. Jijabai offers to come along. Sakpal family finds Bhima sitting under the tree. Ram ji asks Bhima to come home. Bhima tells her not to call him that. It was only my Aayi who could call me that. I don’t want to go home. He leaves. Jijabai agrees not to call him Bhiva again. You are still our son, right? We cannot leave you alone because of that. Ram ji says everyone is worried and they are right. Let’s go home. Bhima asks him if he can speak to him in private. Ram ji goes to him. Bhima takes him to a corner.
Bhima tells his Baba that he married Jijabai. I don’t want to argue with him so please take her home. I will come home once I will calm down. Ram ji asks him what’s bothering him. There is a way to lessen your pain. You should share it. Bhima says I miss Aayi all the more today. I will find the house empty without her. Aayi will keep coming in front of me if I will roam around like this. Others may not understand my pain but I know that you can. Ram ji gives in. He pats his head lovingly and goes back to Jijabai and his family. Ram ji suggests going home. Jijabai is worried for Bhima. Where will he spend the night? Ram ji says he will meet his Aayi. They head home. Bhima watches them leave.
Sakpal family reaches home. Jijabai stops near the stairs. Ram ji asks her what happened. Jijabai says I don’t know who all was in for the idea of your remarriage. I am the DIL of this house now. I have a right to enter just like other DIL’s. Ram ji is confused. Jijabai asks Meera if she knows how one should welcome the new bride. Jijabai’s SIL and father second Jijabai. Jijabai’s father says I hope she will get the love and respect that she deserves. Ram ji nods. She deserves it. He tells Meera to do it. Mangesh has seen everything.
Maharaj, pundit ji, Dhansukhlal discuss how Bhima is away from the home on the first day of marriage. They are expecting the downfall of Sakpal family. Maharaj says half of our work is done. Mangesh says remaining work will be done as well. He tells them what he saw at Ram ji’s house. Maharaj says Jijabai’s SIL will do whatever little work is to be done. Bring her to me tomorrow. Mangesh agrees. pundit ji says it means Jijabai is being welcomed the way it is done in our community. Maharaj says it isn’t just Jijabai but Ram ji’s second wife and Bhima’s step mother.
