Epi begins with Bhima asking his Baba how a guy can decide who he wants to support. Ram ji reasons that humans are very complex. They decide how they will live their life while working around these complexes. It is difficult to decide who to side with. Upbringing plays a vital role in it. Nature and character is a reflection of how someone is raised.
Villagers catch hold of Sandesh. Bala tries to intervene but they insist upon punishing Sandesh for distracting a widow from her dharma. Dhansukhlal fills Sandesh’s ears against Bala. He saved a girl in the middle of the night for no reason! One cannot say about his intentions! Bala requests them to let go of Sandesh. Rani is crying. Mangesh says you and your family try to save anyone and everyone. You want to be great in front
Bala informs his family about Sandesh. Ram ji, Bhima, Bala and Anand leave to find Sandesh. Bhimbai assures Rani that they will find Sandesh.
Ram ji, Bhima, Bala and Anand check everywhere but are unable to find Sandesh. Bhima is positive that villagers would have followed Maharaj’s orders. They decide to keep looking and save him.
Mangesh pours water over Sandesh to wake him up. He is hanging on a tree. Ram ji and his sons reach there. They try to stop and argue with Maharaj with logics but Maharaj dismisses their ideals. He tells the villagers to surround Sandesh from all the sides till the time he dies. Society should know that widow remarriage is a sin. Bhima takes his father to a corner. What does law say about widow remarriage? Ram ji says law does not mind it. A law was made for widow remarriage in 1856 by Lord Dalhousie. Law is something else and this is something else. Maharaj taunts them for making strategies again. Nothing wont work. He leaves with Dhansukhlal, Mangesh and Pundit ji. Sandesh complains that he cannot bear this anymore. Let me go. Bhima tells his Baba their strategy will work this time. Ram ji tells Bala and Anand they will be back soon.
Ram ji and Bhima inform police captain. Bhima advises him to follow the plan.
Bhima and Ram ji ask the villagers their opinion on widow marriage. They share their disagreement on the idea. Ram ji says there is a law around it but the villagers refuse to follow law. We are above law! Bhima asks police captain to step forward. Villagers say that Bhima made them say all that. Police captain reasons that someone tried to silence their voices the other day and they dint complain. He arrests all of them. Ram ji and his sons free Sandesh. Villagers say seems like police captain is from the lower community too. Police captain tells them his name – Kaushal Godbole! Stop revolving everything around caste! He takes them away. Ram ji says they are the same people who wanted to kill you the other day. Only their names and face have changed. Their intentions are same. They don’t know what they are doing and why. They are run by Maharaj ji’s words. You should think with a cool head though. Sandesh says I have thought it through. Thank you for saving my life. I survived even when no one helped me last time. it is in God’s hands. Thank you for becoming His medium. I wont go back to be with that Rani from lower caste again! Bala charges on him. Everyone tries to stop him but Bala holds Sandesh by his collar and drags him home.
Mangesh and Dhansukhlal tell Maharaj about the arrest. Maharaj tells them not to worry. They wont say anything as it is about dharma. Dharma gives people the strength to face anything!
Police beats the villagers but they refuse to say anything against anyone. We did it for the sake of dharma!
Bala brings Sandesh home. You can see anything but not her love? She left the world for you and you speak about leaving her? You can accept her after performing a purification puja. Sandesh refuses. I doubt her character now. She loved me when her husband died and she loved you when she found out that I was no more. Bala warns him not to say anything against Rani. Rani asks Bala what all will he get purified. He has become blind. She tells Bhima and Bala to send him back. I don’t even want to see his face. She goes inside.
Bhima stops Sandesh. We often fail to come to the right conclusion when our mind is disturbed. Stay for the night. You can leave tomorrow. Ram ji suggests him to rest in Dhruv’s hut. People from upper community have been living there since day 1. Bala tells him to do as Baba is saying. I wont let you leave otherwise.
Bhima takes Sandesh to the hut. Ram ji tells Bala it is not right to fight with anyone like that. Bala says I cannot support her but I am trying to stop the one who can support her. Bhimbai and Ram ji look on in shock. Bhima tells Sandesh to rest inside. Sandesh gives in.
Bhima sits next to his brother. Your intention is good so everything will be good. Bala says I tried to tell him this but he just wont listen. Bhima says as per Kabir ji, love cannot be explained. It takes birth in someone’s heart for someone. Guru ji also says that love can take birth easily. It has different forms. What you are thinking is also love and what Sandesh ji is thinking is also love.
