Bhim says once again his belief has increased that anything can happen with those who struggle however they cannot lose, Sethji asks Bhim to sit down and write but his elder brother questions how can he write like this, he asks what did he order Sethji to do and what is he doing as he should fire them both but Sethji apologizes to his brother saying he cannot do it, but his elder brother explains he will fire them when Sethji mentions he also owns this office, the brother explains he would be given some other property but if he insists then would be thrown out with both Bhim and Shishupal so it is upto him to decide.
Rama and Lakshmi are working in the office while Karuna is very slow when the manager says that Karuna does not know how to work and she should learn to work like
The elder brother asks what he think asking if he wants the newspaper or the job of, Sethji says he cannot fire them both when the elder brother orders Sethji to go out of here, Bhim explains that Sethji has also worked in the office and even if the elder brother started the office even then he cannot comprehend for the pay of the Sethji, the elder brother orders Sethji to leave but Bhim says that he will leave and even Shishupal agrees to leave however the elder brother pushes Sethji out of the office, he falls on the ground when Meghnat comes asking what has happened to Sethji, saying very bad has happened to him as he has been thrown out of his own office, Meghnat keeps laughing saying he knows this is how the company of Bhim Rao is since everyone gets in trouble., Bhim tells Meghnat that the one who pushes someone can never be powerful, he goes to help Sethji while staring at Meghnat mentioning that power is to help someone, Bhim asks Sethji to not be worried as he has been thrown out from a lot of doors, but their hope never got weak due to the struggle but they have gotten the lesson to go ahead in their struggle, he tells Meghnat they have gotten hope and Bhim vows to start a new office of the newspaper, Bhim calls Shishupal so he also walks to stand beside Bhim and Sethji, Bhim says with the help of Shishupal and Sethji, telling Meghnat that people tend to throw stones and they even cause injury but it is better that they forget all the injuries and make a new building with the stones along with a path and change everything for the better. Bhim wears his slipper after giving Sethji his bag and tells Shishupal how they should walk on a new path and in a new way, he holds the hands of both Shishupal and Sethji while the elder brother is just looking at the three of them, they leave after a while holding the hand of each other. Meghnat stops the path of the three of them and looking at them holding the hands, Shishupal replies they would not stop but go their way and do something different while are not even scared because Bhim has held his hand, Shishupal suggests they should go from the corner as he has spent his life in fighting and misbehaving so he has to become better, they all leave while Meghnat is stunned. The elder brother comes out saying they would see how he opens the office, Meghnat gets furious mentioning he would see how they do it all, he suggests that the elder brother should sell the office to him as they have to be the king of the business so he will pay the amount asked for this office.
Bhim Rao is applying the medicine to the injury of Sethji who says it is not easy to start the office of newspaper, Bhim replies that he has the support of Sethji who is very experienced and even he can handle everything else, Shishupal questions and where is he, Bhim says that Shishupal needs to worry of his life but Shishupal assures everything would work out and he will not leave their side. Sethji asks what is Bhim made of as he just lost his job when Bhim replies he said it because the work they are going to do requires him to be healthy.
Karuna is working when she thinks she needs to steal the money however wonders how can she reach there, she after thinking of a moment starts smiling and then tells them there is a snake in the corner so everyone starts looking for the snake. Karuna keeps pointing to divert their attention, she then slowly goes to the box which she opens to take a bundle of money that she hides, the owner also hears the noise and asks the manager what happened outside so the manager walks out asking what is going on there, everyone starts looking at him along with Karuna, the manager asks if she has done something when Rama says that she saw a snake however the manager informs she just makes a fool however Karuna questions what problem does he have with her as he keeps scolding her but the manager asks her to go and dot he work Karuna then hits the manager on his foot, she starts smiling but then he questions if she cannot watch where she is going, she apologizes however he says he would have to perform a cleanse, Karuna is smiling.
The manager comes out and the owner says he will leave, he opens the suitcase and wonders how did it open, he starts checking it for the money and says someone has stolen the money from him, the manager is worried and turns to Karuna saying she started the act of the snake so where did she hide the money, the manager threatens to take everyone to the police station, Karuna agrees however demanding a checking of the manager, she blames him for being a thief and he even writes it a lot while selling less, manager says that they should ask Rama and lakshmi, Karuna questions what would they both say as they are her sister in law, Karuna informs the manager asks Lakshmi to do all of his work while he himself goes out but she is saying he is a thief, the owner is furious.
