The episode begins with Rama telling the officer to go and talk to superior authorities about their part and participation. The offices left. Hitesh threatens, tells tha army will be called to kill everyone here. Bhim Rao will see what happens. He asks everyone to worry about lunch, he requests Guruji to have lunch. Guruji, being Bhim Rao’s teacher can not eat before Bhim Rao. Guruji will starve as long as Bhim Rao starves. Rama steps forward and so does everyone else to starve with Bhim Rao. Ramji will starve as well with his son, daughters-in-law and chawl members.
Police came back to the station to Vaijnath and others. Vaijnath questions. Police told him that he refuses to negotiate, said that he will talk to ones who are here with results. Vaijnath hates Bhim Rao’s ego.
Ramji tells Jijabai that they cannot help saving her job. Hitesh begs Bhim Rao to save his job. Maloji forces Hitesh to leave, not to manipulate his innocent friend. Maloji takes Hitesh away. Annand asks others to leave as well.
Phuliya questions Joku for calling her aside. He asks her to make him food. Phuliya questions him for being selfish. Joku cares for no one, all of his friends betrayed him. Phuliya has always told him about his friends not being good. Joku knows that she is directing him towards Bhim Rao, but he considers no one else but himself. Phuliya asks him to make her a friend, side by side they will fight all battles together. Joku refuses to be submissive to Phuliya, orders her to make him food. Phuliya refuses to do so, she leaves.
Bhim Rao wonders, Rama asks him not to think much, assures that everything will be alright. Bhim Rao says that there are two views to every story, one is beneficial for the present but one that stays forever. Rama questions, says that all his struggles have been fruitful. Bhim Rao cannot be at peace that everything will always work accordingly. Rama apologizes, she must care for people, she bothered him today. Rama leaves asking him to continue thinking.
The officer comes to the police station. Vaijnath and others question, office tells them that its bad news.
The officer tells Bhim Rao and chawl members at protest as well. He asks them to prepare, and the government will send three people to listen to both upper and lower caste’s demand. They will decide afterwards. The officer tells that three people belong to the upper caste. Maloji questions as it will be useless to talk to upper caste. Bhim Rao tells that they are making their space in a crowded area. He sends Rama to bring his diary and pen. He calls Guruji, Ramji and Annand aside to discuss the narrative.
Policeman asks Vaijnath and others to prepare themselves. Shishupal calls it a tough competition since Bhim Rao will come prepared. Both Vaijnath and Bhim Rao draft points they shall present.
At the meeting, the officer asks both sides to put forward there agenda. Vaijnath stands up, he wants to question the judges before putting forward his agenda. He asks them if they accept society. The judge asks Vaijnath to tell put his points. Vaijnath insists. The judges accept the culture. Vaijnath asks them to join hands and collaborate, tells that the piece of paper he and Bhim Rao are holding don’t run society. Societies need values and rituals; Bhim Rao is making a mess of everything. Everyone claps for Vaijnath. The office favors Vaijnath and says that people of Bhim Rao’s chawl accept this society happily. The judges ask Bhim Rao to put forward his demands. He speaks but is inaudible to the judges, they ask him to come forward. Vaijnath tells that Bhim Rao has been punished to maintain a ten feet distance. The judges want to hear his view, and call Bhim Rao forward. Bhim Rao walks towards the judges. Vaijnath sits down disappointed. The judges ask him to speak. Bhim Rao asks if he is audible. The judges nod. Bhim Rao says that they will be inaudible if cornered out. Vaipal questions him for speaking loudly here. Bhim Rao questions him for calling lower caste inaudible when far, loud when they come near than they oust them from society for being unnecessary.
