– Viren is brought to the Court room. The entire Vadhera family is present for the hearing. Virat and Manvi call Jeevika and inform her that they would be around soon. Jeevika informs them the court would be in favor of Viren.
– The Court proceeding begins, and one after the other, everyone is called in the witness box. It begins with Virat, then Jeevika, followed by Maanvi. While Maanvi is giving her statement, the prosecution lawyer shows her a picture of Mrs. Riya, and asks Maanvi to identity whether this was the Riya whom Viren pushed off the cliff.
– Maanvi is stunned at seeing another person, who she does not recognize. The prosecution asks for her answer and Maanvi stammers that she wasn’t able to clearly see the face of Riya, and hence she cannot identify the face.
– Seeing Maanvi confused, Inder raises an objection and asks the prosecution to prove that the picture that is being show is actually the Riya Mallik who was apparently killed. Jeevika is satisfied with this decision and begins blabbering from the audience area. The Judge requests order, and warns Jeevika to keep mum.
– Sambhav provides some documents to the prosecution, which prove that the picture being shown, and the one was murdered were both Riya. Seeing this, Viren is shocked, he contrasts this, and states that Sambhav is lying and he is being framed for the wrong reason; but Sambhav says that he can prove this by showing a video recording the court of Viren during the day of Riya’s death. Everyone is stunned. The court takes a break, to proceed after lunch.
– During the break, the entire Vadhera family seems concerned. Ad mist this, Jeevika sort of thanks Maanvi for agreeing to help her. Both are satisfied and decide to continue to sort this goof up.
– After the break, everyone returns, but Sambhav is missing. The court waits and soon he arrives. Sambhav provides the tape which is then inserted in the TV screen. A scene is shown of Viren with Riya, in Sambhav’s house. Sambhav seems happy and Viren is utterly shocked at the tape showing a different Riya, than the one with whom he was that night. It’s all the same things happening, but a different girl is there and the scene of Viren adding the pills into Riya’s drink is shown.
– The judge seems satisfied with the evidences being shown while Viren looks around and retorts that this is not true, and Sambhav himself had asked him to mix the pills so that Riya could calm down and be put to sleep! The prosecution denies Viren’s words and says it’s all evident through the video and begins interrogating Viren to admit the real reason about why he did all this! Viren is in denial mode and shocked too.
Precap- Jeevika is with a worried Viren, who is thinking about how Sambhav changed Riya. Jeevika assures him that she will go around and find out the truth behind all the false evidences that Sambhav presented in the Court hearing. Both are worried.
