The Episode starts with Lallan and the guests commenting on Poonam. They blame Poonam, she is shocked. Akash comes back and hears everything. Poonam says I was talking to him, and I have good family values, so Gawtham decided to marry me. The guests start the arguments. Gawtham looks at Poonam, and hears the bad comments. The guests say Poonam will break Gawtham’s house. Gawtham scolds Poonam, saying apologize to them. Poonam says what did I say, why should I apologize. Gawtham insists her. Gawtham’s parents are upto something, they interrupt and act sweet. The guests start making it an issue. Gawtham is furious. His mum says there is no need to apologize. She says they will go till the next rasam starts. Gawtham sees Poonam angrily and leaves. Poonam is stunned seeing Gawtham’s behavior towards her and her family. Gawtham walks out. Poonam cries.
Vandana comes to Poonam and wipes her tears. She takes Poonam with her. Akash looks at Poonam. Vandana asks Poonam to understand, Prabhunath also pacifies her. Lallan comes again and taunts Poonam. They says this is why we say you should not educate girls. He tells Prabhunath to take care of Poonam. Akash comes to Lallan, he stares at him and leaves.
Poonam is in a state of shock. Prabhunath and Vandana try to talk to her. Prabhunath says you are a good daughter, you are overreacting. Kiran says forget everything. Poonam says this is wrong, and I’m shocked Gawtham is not understanding the situation. Poonam says I wish I could tell him whats the problem. Akash comes there. Prabhunath talks to him. Akash asks him to come with him. Gawtham’s parents don’t leave any stone unturned. They say they got insulted because of Poonam. Akash and Prabhunath come to them and Prabhunath apologizes. They make faces, Gawtham does not understand.
Akash says if you did not like the arrangements, even I’m sorry. He requests them not to give punishment to Poonam and her family. Gawtham says don’t speak much. Akash keeps quiet. Prabhunath requests Gawtham to talk to Poonam, so that she can forget the issue. He says he is worried about Poonam. Akash feels bad. Gawtham’s family goes to meet Poonam, Gawtham goes with them.
Scene shifts to Akash’s family:
They are thinking they should talk to Akash about his engagement, which is slated tomorrow. Kanno says only Dadi can make Akash agree for marriage. His mum says we cannot tell him suddenly, we need to talk to him before the guests come. Kanno says he will come late. His mum says she will see how it goes. She says they will go to Lucknow, and talk on the way, Dadi can go. His dad says yes, this is right. Dadi is tensed.
Gawtham and his family come to Poonam. His mum says what happened, why are you worried, these things happen. Gawtham tells Poonam that your dad has asked for forgiveness, now we are not annoyed, so you forget everything. Poonam cries. She wants to say something, but Gawtham’s dad interrupts and takes Gawtham with him. Lallan asks Prabhunath to come with him outside. Gawtham leaves. Lallan and Gawtham’s dad asks about dowry. Prabhunath says he has arranged everything. He says its time to sing and dance. Lallan says today it will be fun, they leave saying this. Everyone sit in the main hall. Poonam and Gawtham also come there and sit. Akash comes there. Neel stares at Suman. Suddenly, the light goes. Everyone react and ask Akash to fix it. Gawtham’s dad says there is be a gift for you all.
A dancer girl comes, Poonam and everyone are shocked. The guests whistle seeing her. Gawtham is puzzled, as he did not knew this. Poonam and her decent family is spellbound.
