Episode Date: 3rd November 2016
Scene 1: On the Road
The episode begins with Shravan and Suman taking a stroll on the road.
Sumo: Shravan, when you were in London you never felt to come to India?
Shravan nods no.
Shravan: No, never.
Sumo: Your dad?
Shravan: Dad used to visit me frequently, so I didn’t find any reason to come to India.
Sumo: Somewhat I am responsible for this.
Shravan looks at Suman,
Sumo: I wish I listened to what you wanted to tell me that day, and I wished I supported you instead of thinking about my so called image in school.
Shravan: Sumo, there is no use of repenting for what you did in the past, now focus on your present and don’t let your past affect the present. I strongly believe that.
Suman looks at Shravan,
Sumo: Even today you hold some grudges against me, right?
Shravan looks on. Music plays.
Sumo: its okay I understand, I deserve it.
Suman and Shravan continue walking and Shravan looks at Suman.
Shravan: Sumo, why are we even talking about my past?
Sumo: But it has also given you some memorable moments, right?
Music plays, Suman looks at Shravan.
Sumo: How about those moments with your loved ones, like your dad?
Shravan: Yes, I agree with you but please Sumo I don’t want my past to haunt me. Please.
Sumo: Okay fine, I will try not to talk about it. But you…
Suman is walking and she doesn’t realise there is a big stone on the way, Shravan sees this and he holds her and stops her from tripping over the stone. Music plays. They share an eyelock.
Shravan: Be careful, you could have fall down.
Suman gets up.
They both go to the room.
Next Day,
Scene 2: Shraman’s Hotel Room
Shravan is dressed up in a tee with shorts. Suman is in the washroom.
Shravan: Sumo, I should leave now. Come downstairs soon.
Sumo: Okay, you leave first. I will take time.
Shravan leaves. Suman comes out of the washroom in a bathrobe and with towel wrapped around her hair just then, she gets a phone call.
Sumo: Dad?
It is Ramnath’s phone call. Suman picks it up.
Sumo: Hello Dad, good morning! How are you?
Ramnath: Suman beta, good you picked up the phone. I have done a blunder.
Suman is confused.
Sumo: Relax dad, tell me what happened?
Ramnath: Suman actually Nirmala, Nirmala is going back to Mumbai and today afternoon is her flight.
Suman is shocked.
Sumo: What!
Ramnath: Yes, she is going back with Aditya. I don’t know what to do.
Sumo: Dad, don’t worry, I will do something.
Suman keeps the call, and she gets confused what to do.
Sumo: Oh no! Maa had to go today only! What to do! How to stop her!
Suman gets tensed and just then she gets an idea and smiles.
Scene 3: Airport
Nirmala and Aditya are outside the airport and they are about to go in, Aaru stops them.
Aaru: Wait… Wait a minute!
Aditya: Yes?
Aaru: Actually, I have some enquiries to make before I could let you and madam enter the airport.
Aditya: Okay, I am coming with you. Mom you go in.
Aaru: No, no both of you have to come with me or does one thing Mam you come with me, and you (pointing at Aditya), you go inside.
Aditya: No way I can’t leave my mom alone. Mom don’t worry, I will come with you.
Aaru brings Nirmala and Aditya to the corner. Aaru speaks with Nirmala.
Aaru: Stay a bit far away.
Aditya hesitates but agree.
Aaru: Aunty, I am Aaru. I am Shravan and Suman’s friend. Please don’t go back to Mumbai.
Nirmala: Oh so Suman sent you here, right?
Aaru: Yes Aunty.
Nirmala: I should leave now.
Nirmala is about to leave,
Aaru: Aunty, I know very well what happened in your past. But please stay back for your son and daughter-in-law at least give them some time.
Nirmala: Beta, you don’t know anything so let me leave.
Nirmala goes to Aditya,
Nirmala: Adi let’s go.
Aditya: What happened, Maa?
Nirmala: Nothing.
Aaru: Aunty, please listen to me. Please don’t go.
Aditya is confused.
Aaru: Please don’t go for your son and daughter-in-law.
Aditya: But…but I am not married.
Aaru: Oho! I am not talking to you. Aunty, please stop for Shravan and Suman.
Aditya: Oh so the Malhotras send you here now?
Aaru: I told you to keep quiet.
Aditya: I won’t keep quiet, what will you do? And I and Maa will go back to Mumbai any cost today.
Aaru: You won’t keep quiet right? See what I do?
Aaru snatches the ticket from Aditya’s hand and tears it. Aditya is shocked.
Aditya: What…what are you doing!
Aaru: Now go to Mumbai. Aunty’s ticket is torn so you may leave alone.
Aditya: That’s not Maa’s, that’s my tickets.
Aaru is shocked as she finds Nirmala takes out hers from her bag.
Aditya: Maa, don’t worry you leave for Mumbai. I will take the next flight.
Aaru: Aunty, you won’t leave!
Aditya: Maa, go back.
Nirmala is about to go,
Aaru: Aunty, don’t go to Mumbai if not Suman said that if I don’t stop you, she will personally go to Mumbai and bring you back even if she have to fight with Shravan for that.
Nirmala stops.
Aditya: Maa, you don’t come in her talks, she is influencing you.
Aaru: Aunty, please.
Nirmala: I will talk to Suman.
Nirmala calls Suman.
Sumo: Hello, Maa good you called.
Nirmala: Suman, I am going to Mumbai today forever.
Aditya smiles and Aaru gets sad.
Sumo: No. No Maa you won’t go Mumbai. If not I will come to Mumbai, myself even if I have to fight with Shravan for that.
Nirmala: Beta, why don’t you understand I don’t want to spoil your and Shravan’s married life?
Sumo: If you considered me your daughter, you have listened to me, but maybe I was wrong. Okay fine go to Mumbai, but I may not be talking much to Shravan, he is responsible for all this.
Nirmala: Okay fine, I will be staying here, okay. But in one condition!
Sumo: What is it, Maa?
Nirmala: Promise me, when you will comeback I will speak with you and if I want you will let me leave.
Sumo: But Maa,
Nirmala: Promise me.
Sumo: Okay fine, I promise, I will make everything fine Maa, but please stay at Delhi till I don’t comeback.
Nirmala: Okay beta, I will stay here for few more days more.
Suman smiles.
Sumo: Thank you Maa.
Suman keeps the phone.
Nirmala: Adi, we will leave Mumbai after a few days.
Aaru gets happy.
Aditya: But Maa,
Nirmala looks at Aaru.
Nirmala: You can go now beta, I should leave now.
Nirmala speaks to Aditya,
Nirmala: Adi, you can go tomorrow if you want to , but I have decided i will stay here for a few more days.
Nirmala goes and Aditya follows her, and he faces Aaru angrily.
Just then Aaru gets a message from Suman,
Suman: Thank you so much, Aaru! What you did today means a lot for me!
Aaru smiles.
Scene 4: Beach
Shravan is wearing sunglasses and he is waiting for Suman.
Shravan: Where is this Sumo? Why is she taking so much time? Have she lost her way?
Shravan is about to go, and then he sees Suman in a beach getup with a flowery tops and jeans and a hat on her head. Shravan opens his sunglass and stares at her. Suman comes to him. Music plays.
Shravan: Wow you are so early! What took you so much time?
Sumo: Shravan, I came to Goa, so I took time to get ready, and this hat suits me a lot, right?
Shravan: Yes yes, you are looking like some cartoon character.
Shravan goes and Suman follows behind him.
Sumo: Khadoos Khahika! He didn’t even praise me properly. Instead called me cartoon! Acha I am cartoon and what he is, did he even look at his own costume? He looks like someone who came to a parlour first time and never saw one in their life.
Suman and Shravan are having a stroll in the beach. Shravan orders a drink from the bar and drinks it, while Suman buys coconut water and drinks it.
Sumo: Coconut water is so natural and healthy, and you are having vodka, shame on you!
Shravan: What do you even know about Vodka, do you want to taste some?
Shravan brings vodka infront of Suman.
Sumo: You better keep all these stuff far away from me.
Shravan: Okay fine.
Shravan continues drinking Vodka.
Sumo: It seems you love giving me treats.
Shravan: Hello, I know that, and this glass did you even see this size, it’s still less.
Sumo: But you still get drunk. Be it one litre or one millilitre.
Shravan: Now I should use measuring cup to show how much millilitre I drink?
Sumo: Okay okay, but remember one thing I can’t control you when you are drunk. So you better
Shravan: Sure.
Suman is building sandcastles, and Shravan is walking on the water shores. Suman is happily making the sandcastles, Shravan smiles seeing this and he decides to scare her.
Suman is almost done building the sandcastle.
Sumo: Now I will take a picture of it.
Shravan comes and scares her.
Shravan: Boo!
Suman moves and the entire castle break down.
Sumo: Shravan! What have you done! See because of you my sandcastle got spoiled.
Shravan: What’s my fault in that?
Sumo: Who told you to come here and disturb me?
Shravan: Wow, now this is my fault too. And sandcastles! Who builds that? This is so childish.
Sumo: Oh really?
Shravan: Yes, very childish.
Sumo: Now I won’t spare you.
Suman throws her hat and Shravan and she runs to chase Shravan, and Shravan runs. They run around the beach and then Suman takes some water and throws at Shravan. Shravan also does the same, and they do so, until Shravan falls on Suman and they both fall down together, they roll over each other. They get completely drenched. Music plays. They share an eyelock.
Suman gets up and helps Shravan get up.
Sumo: We should go to the hotel room and change. We got drenched if not you will catch cold.
They leave and go to their hotel room.
At night,
Scene 5: Hotel Room
Shravan and Suman come back to the hotel room.
Sumo: Today’s day was so tiring,
Shravan: Yeah, that’s true.
Suman comes in the room and she finds him nowhere.
Sumo: Where have this Shravan gone?
Shravan comes to Suman,
Sumo: Shravan, where have you gone I got scared.
Shravan: I was just in the balcony of the room, and yes dad wanted to speak to you.
Shravan passes the phone to Suman.
Shravan: When you are done, bring the phone back to me. I will be in the balcony.
Shravan goes to the balcony. Suman talks to Ramnath.
Sumo: Hello dad?
Ramnath: Hello beta, how are you?
Sumo: I am fine. How is everyone at home?
Ramnath: Everyone is fine.
Suman finds Shravan have already gone to the balcony.
Sumo: Dad, what actually happened yesterday?
Ramnath: It was entirely my fault. This is why I am repenting for it now.
Sumo: What exactly happened that Maa was almost leaving for Mumbai?
Ramnath: Almost? She didn’t leave Mumbai?
Sumo: I told Maa that to give me some time and she agreed.
Ramnath: Good she didn’t leave, but it’s no use. What I did was not right 10 years back.
Sumo: Dad, if you really regret, then why don’t you tell Shravan the entire truth.
Ramnath: I want to, but I don’t dare to tell the truth.
Sumo: Right now this is the only option. That is to tell him the truth. There isn’t any way.
Ramnath: But beta,
Sumo: You only have 2 days, dad as I have promised Maa that once I comeback, and if nothing happens she will leave from here. I hope you understand.
Ramnath: Yes beta, I have to do something. I have to muster the courage in these 2-3 days but I will try my best.
Sumo: Thank you. Thank you for understanding.
Scene 6: Balcony
Suman comes to the balcony and finds Shravan closing his laptop as he sees Suman coming fast. Suman sees this.
Sumo: Shravan what was that?
Shravan: No no, nothing Sumo.
Sumo: There is definitely you are hiding something from me.
Shravan holds his laptop and is about to go,
Shravan: I said there isn’t anything. So there isn’t anything.
Sumo: Then why would you have hid it from me?
Shravan hides his laptop and Suman tries to snatch the laptop from him. Shravan takes the laptop and they both run and chase each other.
Sumo: I will know at any cost what’s in that laptop?
Shravan: I told you it’s nothing.
They continue chasing just then Suman trips and falls down.
Sumo: Ouch!
Shravan: Sumo!
Shravan keeps his laptop and runs to Suman.
Shravan: I told you! See what you have done!
Sumo: Shravan, I have sprained my leg it’s paining a lot.
Suman cries in pain. Shravan puts her hand around his neck, Suman is crying. Shravan isn’t able to see this and he carries her in his arm. Music plays and Suman looks at Shravan lovingly.
Sumo: Shravan, put me down I can manage.
Shravan: Shut Up!
Shravan makes Suman sit in the couch. Suman lovingly stares at Shravan who checks her leg.
Shravan: What were you doing just now? Have you gone mad? Do you have any idea how much it hurts when I see you hurt?
Sumo: What difference it makes to you if I get hurt!
Shravan: Sumo, why don’t you get it that I love…
Suman looks at Shravan. Shravan stays silent. Music plays. The episode ends.
Precap: Shravan is dressed in a red suit. And he looks around in a place calling out Suman and asking where she went! Later, Shravan looks and EDKV title track plays. He looks on surprised.
