Episode No: 160
Episode Date: 14th October 2016

Scene 1: Court
The episode begins with the case starting in the court.
Shravan: I am Advocate Shravan Malhotra, and I am fighting this case on behalf of my client Miss Aardhya Prakash.
Randhir: I am Advocate Randhir Jaiswal, and I am fighting this case on behalf of my client, the famous businessman Mr. Vivek Malik.
Vivek Malik is the guy who took Aaradhya’s land.
Shravan hands the judge some documents.

Shravan: My client Miss Aardhya’s land has been usurped where she has an NGO there and has been told to empty it within a week.
Randir: That’s because my client Mr. Malik already brought the land.
Shravan: Usually, it is called buying when the seller sells something to the buyer and the buyer buys it but here the case is completely different. Here the buyer snatches the land. This is called snatching not buying.
Randhir: Objection!

The judge agrees.
Randhir: That’s because he brought it, he didn’t snatch it, and yes I forgot to say anyways Miss Aaradhya’s contract of that land was already over.
Randhir passes the documents to the judge who reads it.
Judge: Miss Aaradhya, your land contract expired a month ago. Is that true?
Aaradhya: Yes, it is true. But I was away that time, so that’s why I said to wait while I comeback to renew the contract.
Randhir: Okay fine, I admit the fact that you have granted time to renew the contract, and then why did Mr.Malik buy the land?
Aaru: Exactly.
Randhir: Then in that case, you should have appealed. Have you appealed for it?
Aaru: Yes I did.
Randhir: Miss Prakash is clearly lying.
Shravan: Objection!

Judge: Objection overruled.
Randhir: Miss Prakash never appealed for the land at the first place, and now she is filing cases.
Aaru: This is a lie. I did appeal.
Randhir: Then proof?
Shravan: Objection. I have the proof.
The judge agrees.
Shravan: I would love to bring Mr.Sandesh here, who is the one whom my client spoke with regarding the appeal.
Shravan: Tell us clearly what you implied to Miss Prakash.
Sandesh: That her appeal was rejected.
Shravan, Suman and Aaru are shocked.
Aaru: He is lying.
Shravan: Do you have the paper?

Aaru nods no.
Shravan: You should have kept the document with the fact that your appeal was accepted. I am sure you had one.
Aaru: Because I spoke on phone regarding the appeal that’s why.
Randhir smiles.
Randhir: Looks like Aaradhya Madam does all her legal work on phone.
Aaru fumes.
Randhir: Now how will you justify yourself? Are you lying?
Aaru: I am not lying. I spoke with him the phone. He is lying. He himself said that.
Sandesh: I didn’t say that your appeal is accepted.
Aaru: Liar!
Just then the bell rings
Judge: Okay, now its break after that, we will get back to the case.

Scene 2: During the break,
Suman comes to Shravan and Aaru.
Shravan: You told me that you had appealed for the case right!
Aaru: Yes I did.
Shravan: Then why did he say that you didn’t?
Just then the guy passes by, and Suman forcibly brings him to Shravan and Aaru.
Shravan: Sumo?
Suman: Tell them why you lied in the court. If you don’t open your mouth I will slap you.
Guy: I didn’t.

Aaru: Liar! You told me that my appeal was accepted.
Guy: I just said that your work will be done. I didn’t say that your appeal will be accepted.
Shravan: Just leave from here.
The guy leaves.
Sumo: This guy is so cunning.
Shravan: Not only this guy, I am sure something is wrong. This case is very much complicated. And this guy, Mr.Vivek Malik, I have to find more about him.
Aaru is crying.
Sumo: Aaru?

Aaru: I am so sorry you both had to take up so much trouble because of me.
Sumo: No Aaru, you are our childhood friend. And don’t worry everything will be fine. And in bad times, only friends are there for you.
Shravan angrily looks at Suman.
Shravan: Right in bad times, only friends are there for you. True friends!
Music plays. Suman understands. Shravan speaks with Aaru.
Shravan: Aaru, I can’t promise you that I will win this case for you, but I will try my best. That’s all I can say.
Aaru: I know you are trying your best. But really this case means a lot to me.
Shravan: I understand.
The bell rings.
Aaru goes, and as Shravan is about to go, Suman holds his hand. Shravan looks on.
Sumo: All the best.
Shravan looks on and goes.

Scene 3: Court
Randhir: Thank you Mr.Malik, now I would love to call Mr. Khanna, the assistant of Mr.Malik.
That guy, Mr.Khanna, the guy with whom Aaru fought in the party comes. They recognise him.
Randhir: So, Mr.Khanna, you are the one who spoke with Miss Prakash regarding the land.
Mr.Khanna: I already told Mam, that this land was sold already, as the contract expired. And that she has to empty her NGO within a week.
Randhir: And what did she say?
Khanna: She didn’t agree to empty the land.
Aaru: Now that I didn’t sell the land, why should I empty my NGO? My land has been usurped illegally and that’s it.
Randhir: Oh, illegal reminded me of something. Miss Aradhya, if I am not wrong, your land was brought on illegal terms right?
Aaru: What do you mean by illegal terms?
Randhir smiles.

Randhir shows the judge some documents.
Randir: This contract was signed but there was no witness from one party.
Aaru: What nonsense! My mom was there as the witness.
Randhir: There was witness from your side, but not from the other side.
Shravan: Objection!
The judge agrees.
Shravan: May I ask you Mr. Jaiswal how he knows that there wasn’t any witness from the side of the seller? As if you were there that time?
Randhir: Mr.Malhotra, I don’t have Doraemon that I will ask time machine from him and go there!
Shravan: In that case, we won’t have needed to fight this case. But how do you know? Are you Doraemon?

All laughs.
Judge: Order order! Here it’s not any cartoon show going on, it’s a court. So behave, Mr.Malhotra and Mr.Jaiswal.
Randhir: I would love to present Mr.Kapoor from whom Miss Aaradhya’s deceased father brought the land from.
Mr.Kapoor comes.
Randir: So Mr.Kapoor, is it true that you didn’t have any witness while buying the land.
Mr.Kapoor: Yes, it’s true.
Randhir: But it’s illegal right?
Mr.Kapoor: Yes, it was but I was in hurry that time. So I told them, I am surprised they agree, they were in hurry to buy the land and even get it signed without a witness. I was reluctant but they were adamant.
Judge: Do you have any idea you would be in trouble in one day for this?
Mr.Kapoor nods his head.
Shravan looks at his files and he gets shocked as he looks at the guy.

Randhir: So now this case is crystal clear. So the fact is Miss Aaradhya’s Prakash dad have brought this land on her name on illegal terms.
Aaru interrupts.
Aaru: My dad didn’t buy it on illegal terms, you understand!
Randhir ignores, Shravan tries to calm her down.
Randhir: When the contract was over, and forget about renewing it, Miss Prakash didn’t even appeal when her land was usurped and now she is cooking fake stories. So this land should now officially belong to my client,
Shravan: Objection!
The judge agrees.

Shravan: If you permit, I would love to ask Mr.Malik some questions. So I would invite him in the witness box.
Judge: Carry on.
Shravan asks Mr.Malik some questions.
Shravan: I would just casually ask some questions.
Malik: You can ask me whatever you want to.
Shravan: If you know this land included so much of illegal mess, why did you indulge yourself in this mess for just this land?
Malik: It was my mistake I admit. I didn’t know this, but I already brought this land.
Shravan: The owner itself refused to buy the land from you, than in that case who did you brought the land from?
Malik: From the actual owner, Mr.Kapoor.
Shravan is shocked. So are Suman and Aaru.

Randhir: I would love to call Mr.Kapoor on the court again.
He comes.
Randhir: Now you tell us what’s this?
Mr.Kapoor: Yes, I agree I sold this land to Mr.Malik.
Shravan: But isn’t it illegal, you already sold the land to a person, so that land is officially theirs now.
Mr.Kapoor: But I did mention that this contract was for a few years and they agree. Now they didn’t renew the contract so by right this is my land again.
Shravan: I forgot to mention one thing, nothing such was stated in the contract, it was just a permanent transaction and this was clearly stated to my client parents when this land was purchased.
Aaru is surprised.

Judge: Mr.Malhotra you know what are you saying? We just got it sorted out that this contract was of few years, and even Miss Prakash admits it.
Shravan: Indeed, but my client have been lied about it.
All are shocked.

Shravan: Now I would love to invite Mrs. Prakash, the mother of Aaradhya Prakash who was the only one present during the contract was signed.
Suman brings Aaradhya’s mom to the box.
Shravan: Aunty, please tell us about the contract.
Aaru’s mom: It was a few years back. My husband had a dream to establish an NGO, but he was suffering from brain tumour and he didn’t know when he will die, so he found this land with very much difficulty. We didn’t know there were so much problems related and we weren’t told certain stuffs. We were never told the contract was of a few years only.
Aaru’s mom and Aaru gets emotional and Suman consoles her.
Aaru: See, my parents weren’t even told about this! So it’s unfair here to empty this land.
Shravan: Thank you, Aunty.
Suman takes her away somewhere else.
Shravan: This indicates Mr.Kapoor is clearly lying.
Randhir: Objection!
Judge: Overruled.
Shravan: Mr.Kapoor lied about the contract and he fooled my client’s parents and didn’t tell them certain things.
Randhir: Objection!
The judge agrees.

Randhir: It was their fault also, how could they agree to sign this contract without a witness from one of the side?
Randhir shows the judge the full contract.
Randhir: It’s signed by them also.
Randhir shows it to Shravan.

Randhir: So in that case, since this contract is signed by both parties previously, so Mr.Malik had all the rights to buy this land, and also Mr.Kapoor have all rights to sell it. So the NGO built on it should be emptied by a week and the land should be officially of Mr.Malik
Shravan: See, this case is very complicated. A lot of illegal stuffs have been related to this, and it’s not what we see. I need some time please give me some time so that I can get more evidence. My client’s parents were being fooled too.
The judge agrees.

Judge: You are granted time till day after tomorrow.
Shravan thanks the judge.
Randir: But that’s not fair, it’s so clear. It’s just waste of time.
Judge: Mr.Jaiswal it will be better, if you respect the court’s decision and the final hearing will be on day after tomorrow. The court is adjourned for the day.
Randhir gets angry.

Scene 4: Outside
Shravan, Suman , Aaru and her mom are going back.
Sumo: Aaru, aunty don’t worry everything will be fine.
Shravan: Tomorrow, I have to go to Mumbai to find that lawyer who was in charge when this land was brought. He is our last hope for this case as that lawyer lives in Mumbai now.
And while Aaru and her mom get into the car, Mr.Kapoor passes by.
Aaru goes and pulls Mr.Kapoor’s collar.
Aaru: You liar! You illegally sold that land to my parents and now selling it to someone else.
Shravan: Aaru leave him!
Aaru leaves him. He runs.
Sumo: Don’t worry Aaru, everything will be fine, relax.
Aaru: How can I relax? They pointed fingers towards my deceased dad.
Aaru cries. Suman consoles her.
Shravan: Tomorrow, I will bring that lawyer to Mumbai and expose these frauds. Now I have to win this case at any cost.
Shravan gets determined. Suman looks on.

Scene 5: Next day, Shraman’s Room
Suman is walking around the room and waiting for Shravan.
Sumo: It’s night, and Shravan haven’t even come here yet. I hope everything is fine.
Shravan comes back worried.
Sumo: Finally you are back.
Shravan throws his bag and sits on the bed worried.
Sumo: What happened, what did the lawyer said?
Shravan: The lawyer, he… He is no more.
Suman is shocked.
Sumo: What!

Shravan: I went to find out about him and then I got to know he passed away a year ago.
Sumo: Now?
Shravan: I don’t know what will happen. And the lawyer, he was the only hope. I feel like such a loser now.
Shravan pulls his hair.
Shravan: I don’t even know what to do.
Sumo: Shravan don’t worry I am sure there must be some evidence.
Shravan lies on Suman’s shoulder, Music plays.

Shravan: I feel so down now.
Sumo: Those who have done well for others, good things happen to them too.
Suman consoles Shravan, and he falls asleep on her shoulder. The episode ends with Suman’s worried face.

Precap: In the court, the judge is about to declare his decision of the land belonging to Mr.Malik and Shravan with a sorry and depressed face. Aaru and her mom are sad. Just then someone said wait, Suman comes with a witness. All looks behind.

Hey all, I know today’s episode was more of a courtroom drama, but the courtroom track will end in Monday’s episode. I can’t tolerate with the fact there won’t be much Shraman scenes in an episode, so that’s why I added some light hearted Shraman scenes in the end. And believe me you all will love next week’s episodes, because there will be more of Shraman scenes, as next week Shraman’s friendship track will start, I promise. Sorry, I had to drag this week as I wanted to link it to Shraman’s friendship. I will try my best to make you all satisfied. Actually I don’t have much idea about judicial stuffs so that’s why I did some research in the internet while writing this episode and whatever I know from courtroom based movies and novels. Sorry if I made any mistake.

I won’t be posting any promo or spoiler segment this weekend, so I just said in brief what will happen in next week episode, it will focus on Shraman’s friendship track. I actually like Shraman’s friendship more than love 😛 but I still wanted more romance to be shown on Shraman in the show which didn’t happen -_- so that’s why I want to add more of their friendship but very soon I will start their love track soon. Once again I seek apology if you all find my ff dragging, and I myself am not a big fan of dragging as I said. And once again thank you for the efforts to read my fan fiction and supporting me It means a lot to me 
