Shravan driving back home with Suman says its a good climate to have mava jalebis, let us go. Suman asks in 1 plate like Bunty. Shravan says Bunty is very good at heart. Suman says its 8 p.m. and she needs to return home for dinner. He says she promised to follow friendship and boasts army people don’t break promises. Suman agrees. At home, Beena serves dinner for family and calling Suman asks where is she. She says she came to cantonment to meet papa and is with Shravan. Dadaji asks whom she is with. Beena says Shravan. Dadaji fumes. Suman enjoying jalebis says they are tasty. Shravan says she would have enjoyed boring dinner with boring old man. Suman warns to mind his tongue. He says just like nicked calls her Sumo, he nicked her grandfather as old man. Devika passes by in her car and noticing Shravan with a girl calls him and asks where is he. He says at home, she says lying, he says he came out for dad’s work and is having jalebis. She asks with whom. He says with Bunty’s girlfriend. Devraj’s boss comes to meet him at home and congratulates him for getting army contract. Devraj says they haven’t got it yet. Boss says Vijay Tiwari is his best friend and will not reject his offer. Next morning, Shravan offers Bunty to drop him to school and tells him he lied to Suman and Devika that Bunty has a girlfriend. Bunty throws tantrums but calms down. Suman gets ready for school and watches news of Vijay’s army battalion being captured by naxalites during operation. Dadaji seeing news asks Suman and Kanchan to take a leave from school and calls his brigadier friend who says even he doesn’t have any news and will inform in 10 minutes. Family prays for Vijay’s safety.
Shravan reaches school where Devika says they will sit together whole day. He says his buddy Suman. She says Suman didn’t come today. During class and lunch break, he misses Suman.
Precap: Shravan calls Suman and says she also bunked class like him. She says papa’s battalion is missing. He asks if uncle is fine and meets her.
