Hi friends…am back with the 2nd episode of EDKL Shivika FF…thank you for all the good comments on the 1st episode….they mean a lot to me!! Please continue to give me comments – negative and positive – as I really need them!!
Let me make it clear that my main aim is to unite Shivika through Mallika…..I don’t know how far it’s going to work….but in that case, Shivika fans have to wait patiently for more of Shivika moments…so let’s start with the episode!!
In the last epi we saw Sidhika entering Oberoi Mansion to attend Shivay’s sangeet….Anika updates Mallika about the current situation…Mallika asks Anika to think about Daksh and move on in life…
Oberoi Mansion…
The guests have started leaving….Mallika, Soumya and Prinku have a chat together….Sidharth and Daksh are discussing about some current economy issues with some other guests…..Dadi, Tej-Jhanvi, and Pinky-Shakthi are seeing off the guests making sure that they have enjoyed the ceremony and they will attend the marriage without fail….Om and Rudra are having some fun time with Rudr’s friends…Tia, her mother and Robin come to Pinky and Tia asks for Shivay….Pinky and Dadi look for Shivay in the hall ….
Dadi looks at Pinky….both have many questions in their looks….
Pinky says: Oh my matha…Tia beta….some big foreign clients have come to attend the sangeet…he must be with them in the study….what happened dear?
Tia’s mom: I think we should be leaving now…it’s late and lots of pending work at home that has to be completed before the wedding….
Tia: Yes aunty….I am also feeling very tired….I thought I will say bye to Shivay and leave…
Pinky: Oh yes yes…you should take rest….you are the bride and you should look beautiful on wedding day….if you don’t take proper rest, then you will have dark circles around your eyes and your skin will look dull….so you carry on and take rest beta…I will inform Shivay! He also needs to take rest!
Oberoi family bids goodbye to Tia’s family….
The poolside:
Shivay comes searching for Anika….Mallika was the last person to see her and she told Anika was at the poolside….but she’s nowhere to be seen…..he takes his phone and calls Anika….the line was busy….he tried again for a couple of times….but the line was busy….
“Who is she talking to for this long??” he groaned….”Maybe Sahil….” he thought for sometime and started walking to the corridor…just then he heard Anika’s voice…
“Arey bhaisaab….am telling you na? I need the same stage decoration as in the pic I have sent you…..no changes in colours or lights…arey…you might be thinking this is some chota-mota marriage function….kuch bhi chalega…no way…this is the ‘breaking news’ wala wedding of Billuji…I mean SSO….” Pause…..”arey SSO matlab the great Shri Shri Shivaye Singh Oberoi…aapne suna nahi hain kya unke baare main….”
Pause…”dekhiye Bhaisaab if you don’t have that kind of lighting it’s your problem na….I don’t know…but you are going to place the same lighting in the stage….if Tia does not find….Tia…the bride bhaisaab….she wanted that kind of lighting…if you don’t get it, then samajh leejiye, she will take down not only my business but your business also…so please bhaisaab….do something!”
Shivay stood near the door looking at her….he couldn’t believe that this was the same girl who Mallika told had been crying her heart out a few minutes back… He gently smiled at the thought that Anika is back in form….he walked towards her with quiet steps.
“baapre….Billuji’s missed call…that too 7 times…patha nahin kis baat par lecture dene ke liye…..” Anika turned around and stood shocked as she faced Shivay in front of her….they stood so close that she could feel his breath on her nose…Shivay continued looking into her eyes…
Anika: Billuji…aap….I mean Shivay…kuch kaam tha??
Shivay: Yes…I wanted to know if you were fine….Mallika told me….
Anika: Nothing Shivay…nothing has happened to me…am totally fine…
Shivay nods his head agreeing to her words….
Shivay: So you are ready to leave?? (Shivay was mentioning about leaving to home while Anika misunderstands it for leaving the job…she reminisces Tia giving her money for her services….)
Anika: Yes Shivay….don’t worry about that….as soon as this wedding is over I will be out of here….after all you have paid for it…how can I forget that??
Shivay looks confused and is about to speak when Mallika interrupts them…
Mallika: Anika are you ready??
Both Shivay and Anika looks questioningly at Mallika….
Mallika smiles: You forgot Anika…I had told you that I will drop you at home…
Shivaye looks at Anika….his eyes asked her – “are you avoiding me?”
Mallika: Actually Shivay….I have so much to share with Anika….we didn’t have much time to catch up here….so I thought I will drop her at home and we will get some more chat-time…Anika chalein??
Anika: Ya sure….I will fetch my bag and come!!
She looks at Shivay and goes….Shivay looks on….
Seeing Shivay’s face, Mallika has a smiles at him teasingly….
Mallika: What’s the matter Shivay….you look worried…
Shivay: No…it’s just I needed to talk to Anika…..(he sees Mallika smiling at him)….about the arrangements….ya….I have to talk about the wedding arrangements…
Mallika: Sorry Shivay…it’s getting late and she’s coming tomorrow also…you can talk tomorrow…ok?
Shivay nods in agreement and they both leave….
Rana Mansion….Sidhika’s room….
Sidharth is on a video call….
Sid: Are you sure about this Mr. Smith??
POC: Yes Sir….am sure about what I said!
Sid: Ok then Mr. Smith….will see you soon…bye
Mallika comes out from the washroom and sits in front of the mirror brushing her hair….
Sid turns and sees Mallika in thinking mode….he goes and stands behind her…and gently rubs her shoulders….”what happened dear? You look worried…I thought you were happy after your chatting with Anika…”
Mallika gets up and hugs him…”I am happy….not because I chatted with Anika…but I am happy because I have a husband like you….a husband who understands me well enough that I don’t have to complain about anything…”
Sid: Hmmmm….I agree….then what is it worrying you??
Mallika: Nothing….I was just thinking that Shivay has not changed much….I mean sometimes I feel he is still the arrogant, business minded Shivay whom I used to date….the one who takes decisions only with his mind….last time when I stayed there sometimes Shivay was totally a different person…..specially whenever Anika was around him….I thought there was a bonding between them and Shivay would soon realize that…but today Shivay was in a entangled state between his feelings for Anika and his marriage-deal for Tia….
You know Sid after seeing Shivay today…I feel if this marriage happens then Shivay will be the most affected than Anika….Anika is a bold girl…life has taught her how to overcome such heartbreaks…but Shivay he never disclosed his feelings to any….and if Anika is going to marry Daksh then Shivay will be shattered….
Sid: What did you say…Anika is going to marry Daksh??
Mallika: Hmmm…Daksh has proposed to Anika…but Anika is in a kind of dilemma now….with her feelings for Shivay and Shivay’s attitude towards her….she’s not sure about her decision….I advised her to accept Daksh’s proposal….somehow she has to move on in life….and Daksh is a good person…he is not like Shivay….
Sid: But how can Anika marry Daksh?? Daksh is already married….
Mallika looks at Sid in shock….
What are you saying??
Sid: Yes, I called my manager in NY to ask him about the progress of our office construction…he told that Daksh is on a 2-week holiday for his wedding in India….now he has informed Mr. Smith that he is extending his holidays and he will join a week before Christmas….maybe he is going for his honeymoon….
Mallika: If he is married then why did he propose to Anika??
Sid: You should ask him…maybe the girl he intended to marry is Anika…he knows Anika before??
Mallika: I don’t think so…I have to find out!
Sid: Yes I know my biwi will find out the mystery but let’s keep it for tomorrow…it’s too late now!
Mallika smiles and says: Yeah you go ahead! I have to finalise that presentation…it will take a few minutes….I will come soon!
Sid kisses her forehead and whispers “I will be waiting”
Sid goes to the washroom…Mallika thinks of something and goes to the study room!
She takes her laptop and browses for something….she sees some photos of Daksh and bites her nails….”I have to tell Shivay…” Mallika closes the laptop.
Precap: Anika is walking towards the door…Shivay stops her and says “I have to tell you something….”
