Anupam walks off. Anurag is into the past days. Prerna who is upset too goes to her room and cries thinking of the past.Its a beautiful day of Durga Puja. Prerna dressed as a traditional Bengali walks down the streets. Anurag holds her closer and they share a moment
They do the aarti together. 
Moloy comes there with his business partner and Komolika his daughter 
Moloy: Anurag meet Komolika..Komolika this is Anurag
Seeing her Prerna walks away. Mohini comes to Prerna
Mohini: This girl is not suitable for our Anurag

Bajaj is smitten by Prerna in the first sight but she doesn’t show response. She is waiting for Anurag. And he too comes back. Anurag is shocked to see Mr.Bajaj in Prerna’s house

He takes her to the garden
Prerna: What happened? Why are you dull?

She hugs him and comforts him. 
Days pass by.Anurag is irritated by Mr.Bajaj and Prerna’s friendship. Thats when Anurag plans his recording for the song he composed with Prerna. Anupam and Anurag are at the recording theatre.
Anurag: How can I record without her?
Anupam: Ill call her.
But Prerna is busy with Mr.Bajaj that she doesn’t know about this. Anurag gets enraged
Anupam: Lets call someone else
Anurag: Cancel the recording. I will record once Prerna madam is free
He walks off in a fury. That night Prerna and family get ready to go for a party with Mr.Bajaj. She sees the calls and runs to Anurag
Anurag: Aagayi madam..so busy
Anupam: Why did you do like this Prerna?
Prerna: What did I do?
Anupam: The recording..you missed it
Prerna: I was not informed about the day and time

Anupam walks off. Anurag sees a decked up Prerna

Prerna: Mr.Bajaj is taking everyone for a party

Prerna is hurt by his words and doesn’t go to the party by faking a headache.
The next day Prerna is in her office. She finds a shocking truth
Moloy: Rajesh’s haveli will be ours if he doesn’t pay us 15 lakhs within a month
Prerna in mind: Papa’s haveli will go to uncle? How can this happen? I should do something
She returns home and runs to Anurag who is in his room
Anurag: Prerna…see na papa is compelling to marry Komolika as soon as I agreed to join office

Meanwhile Rajesh shares the issues with Mr.Bajaj

anupre doing puja together n romantic moment…very nice.surprising that here mohini prefers prerna to komolika.anurag letting prerna to take money from the cupboard whenever she wants is so sweet.but for what needs does preena need money?anupre singing together n romancing was beautiful. Omg bajaj is already attracted towards prerna.but how is he related to veena?anurag is unnecessarily getting insecure with bajaj.shocking that due to debt they will lose the house to moloy.
