Ek Anokha Rishta..(episode-14)

The episode starts with Suh telling about the punishment

Suh: Wait for a second…
She went inside and brought a piece of cardboard on which something was written
Bh: What’s this?
Suh: This is a placard. Hold this and stand on the street
Me: Why should I?
Suh: Because I’m telling u to do!
Sh takes the placard and ShaVana laughs seeing it
Me: What’s so funny?
I grabbed it from his hand and read it. I got totally shocked after reading that. It was written ” I’m a Sadu! And I fought with my wife which was wrong. Give me a hug if u think I’m cute.
ShaVana was laughing so hard after I read it out loud
Me: Ha ha! Very funny. Suhani kyun kiya tumne aisa?
Suh: Stop wasting time and go stand on the street. U should get at least 5 hugs to enter inside
Me: Ye tumne bilkul achha nahi kiya!
Suh: Now don’t blame me! U were the one who wanted to apologize
I sighed and went out of the house. I was standing just a few inches away from the gate while Suh came and pushed me further

Suh: Go and stand little away so that everybody who passes by this street will see u..
I gave her an angry stare and stood a bit away this time. I was relieved to see nobody on the street since it was afternoon. But I knew children would soon come out of their houses to play in the park.
Bh: Is this really necessary Suh?
Suh: Oh yeah! Don’t pity on him. And yes, u both cannot go hug him
Bh: Par Suhani..
Suh: I don’t wanna hear anything..Now I’m gonna take a nap while u both make sure that he doesn’t run away
She goes inside
Sh: I wish I could give u hug..
Me: Oh! Thank u for your kindness…

Half an hour passed but none came out of their houses. Bh brought me a chair so that I could at least sit. I was so tired and so I was starting to doze but then I heard some laughter. I opened my eyes with a jerk to see 3 to5 kids standing around making fun of me.
Kid1: Look at him! He fought with his wife..
Kid2: Oh so sad! Ha ha ha…
Little girl: Aww! Don’t make fun of him Henry..
Me: Anybody think I’m cute?
Kid1: Not at all! You’re so mean
Little girl: Stop it both of u! I’ll hug ya..
The little girl gave me a hug.Now I just needed 4 more. Sh& Bh smiled at me
Little girl: Now can u go back to your house?
Me: No..i need 4 more hugs
Girl: Oh..Let me see if I could help u..
She ran away saying that and after 15 minutes a huge crowd gathered in front of me. Everybody laughed at me but 2 teenage boys hugged me and took a selfie with me.I was so embarrassed. Why was Suh doing this to me? She gives more importance to her friend more than me. I felt very bad. Just then I noticed a familiar face in between the crowd. It was Paul! I knew he would help me for sure.
Paul: Omg Yuvraj! Is this a punishment?
Me: Yeah..Will u help me?
Paul: Sure! (He hugged me and gave a pat on my back) I would’ve brought my kids to help u but they’re not in town. And i gotta go now. Bye

The crowd was cleared now. And it was 5 in the evening I was sitting here for 3 hours and now it was beginning to get cold. I turned back to see what was sh doing and I saw Bh leaning against Sharad’s shoulder and both were asleep sitting on the porch. At least they got to spend time with each other. A rain drop fell on my face. I lifted my head to the sky and it soon started raining. ShaVana woke up and saw me getting all wet.
Bh: Yuvi come in…
Me: No I need another hug
Bh: Just forget about that now. Its raining heavily.
Sh: We’ll talk to Suh. Come on yaar
But I didn’t go.Suh came outside on seeing that it was raining. She ran towards me and said
Suh: Come inside.. Its OK I forgive u
Me: No I wont! go inside or you’ll get ill
To my surprise she gave me a tight hug and said
Suh: Ab Chalo
I was happy by her gesture. Sh&Bh raised their eyebrows on seeing it. She likes me for sure! She held my hand and took me to my room and said
Suh: Look, you’re all drenched now. (She took out a towel from my cupboard and started to dry my hair) I was already on cloud nine! I could feel her soft fingers running through my hair. ShaVana hid behind the door and was too excited to see all this. Then they went back. Meanwhile I held suh’s wrist and made her sit beside me.
Me(still holding her hand): I’m sorry for what i did.

Suh: It’s okay..let’s forget about that now. Go and change or else you’ll catch a cold she was about to go when I made her sit and took the towel from her. I touched her wet hair and dried it. I could smell a soothing flavor from her hair. I gently moved all hair backwards and I touched her bare shoulder and I could sense that she was too nervous to say something. I took advantage of that and gave a peck on her neck which made her turn towards me. She tried to get away but I held her closer. Now she was trembling with fear and avoided looking into my eyes. I lifted her face and kissed her forehead.
Suh(in a soft tone): Yuvraj, tum kya kar rahe ho?
I didn’t answer to that, instead I went towards her lips but she kept her hand in between, blocking the kiss
Suh: Control yourself Yuvraj, we aren’t doing right…
But I knew that I was doing right coz I love her. I realised that she too loved me back but she wasn’t ready to accept it. I kissed all over her neck sending shivers down her spine. She moved back all of a sudden and went outside without uttering a word. I wanted to confess to her as soon as possible now. I couldn’t wait to make her mine forever!

Suh’s POV:
I quickly went into my room ignoring di& Bhayya. I closed the door and changed. I didn’t know why but I kind of liked Yuvraj being around me. I thought of what happened few minutes ago and I couldn’t stop smiling. I buried my face in a pillow. I wanted to spend more time with him& cursed myself for coming to my room so soon. Maybe he likes me…I was happy at the thought
