Scene 1
Anurag looks at the items he shared with Durga. He looks at the friendship he gifted to Durga. He recalls their happy moments, how they would encourage each other and sing together. Anurag cries holding their shared items and recalling their memories. The flashback shows how Durga would take care of him when he fell ill and how he romanced with her. Durga told him she is scared that their love wouldn’t be fulfilled because of their status difference but Anurag was confident in their love. The flashback ends. Anurag cries and says why did this happen with me? she has pained me so much, it hurts me to insult her in front of others but she broke all our promises. I don’t think she can fulfil her promises and become a doctor even but I will fulfil my promises. I will fulfil dream of working for villagers.
Rajesh comes home with Durga, he tells Bua that they sent a lot of food with us. Meera taunts him that he is greedy. Rajesh says Durga won’t have that food. Meera asks why? its diwali so don’t do this. Bua says don’t argue with him. Rajesh says Durga will fast for 3 days, Meera asks why? Bua says don’t question him. Meera asks Durga what happened? Durga says he will tell. Rajesh says she has no shame and tried to talk to Anurag, then she apologized in my feet and begged me to take her back that’s why I brought her here. Durga says don’t lie, I never wanted to apologize to you. You can fool others but not me. Rajesh tells her to shut up and says you want to be Anurag’s 2nd woman but he can have many like you. Durga says don’t you dare say such words for him, you can never have an honor like him. Rajesh is about to slap her but she holds his hand.
