Savitri encourages Aarthi to eat something, reminding her that while they are all worried about Anurag, they still need to take care of themselves. Savitri expresses her desire to visit the hospital but laments that everyone insists the mother of the family shouldn’t go. Aarthi, frustrated, complains about the unfair rules imposed on the women of the family, questioning why men don’t face the same restrictions. Indira comments on her remarks.
Aarthi asks Indira and the others if they’ve ever thought about breaking a rule. Indira replies that they find happiness in following the rules and asks Aarthi what she hopes to achieve by going to the hospital. Aarthi counters by asking what Vikram is accomplishing by staying at the hospital, stating she wants to do the same. Savitri then asks Aarthi to promise Anurag that she will stay away from Kinsar.
Meanwhile, Rajesh questions Meera about Durga’s whereabouts. Meera denies knowing where Durga has gone. Rajesh’s aunt accuses Meera of hiding the truth, but Meera sharply replies, defending herself. Rajesh grows angry with his aunt and Chandini for failing to keep an eye on Durga. Chandini defends herself, saying there was nothing they could do if Durga decided to leave in the middle of the night.
Indira reminds Aarthi that she had raised concerns about this issue long ago, but Aarthi had silenced her then. Aarthi explains that at the time, she supported Durga because she raised her like her own daughter, but circumstances have since changed.
Aarthi questions Savitri about the matter Panibai often alludes to but never fully explains. Indira interrupts, asking Aarthi why she’s so curious. Aarthi responds that if she doesn’t ask Savitri, who else will? She points out how Panibai frequently insults Savitri about this issue while Savitri stays silent. Savitri comments briefly but doesn’t reveal much.
Rajesh vents his frustration to the women, blaming Durga for making him lose face in front of Vikram. He admits that he found out too late that Vikram’s family had gone to Delhi; otherwise, he would have arrived earlier. He vows to track Durga down and kill her, no matter where she goes.
Savitri reveals to the women that she has kept the truth hidden all these years, hoping Panibai would confess it herself. Aarthi asks if Savitri believes she should reveal the truth before Panibai does. Savitri explains that Panibai was once pregnant and sent far away. After the baby was born, Savitri’s husband asked her to raise the child as her own, and she agreed.
The women then ask Savitri who Panibai’s son is. Savitri clarifies that it isn’t Vikram. Indira and Bhavnagar begin to worry, wondering if their husbands might be Panibai’s son. Savitri suggests they will need to confront Panibai for the rest of the answers.
At the hospital, Panibai spots Durga and pulls away her veil.
