Panibai asks Vikram whose blood was used for Anurag’s treatment. Vikram dismisses the question, saying it doesn’t matter. He explains that when blood is taken from a blood bank, people rarely know who the donor is. “That’s just how the world works,” he adds. Panibai replies that she was merely curious and didn’t mean anything more by it. Vikram ends the conversation and walks away.
Meanwhile, Anubhav informs Durga that the blood transfusion has been completed and reassures her that Anurag will be okay. Durga thanks him and asks if she can see Anurag. Anubhav explains it’s not possible since Vikram and Panibai are at the hospital. Durga then asks if there’s a temple nearby, as she wishes to pray for Anurag’s recovery. Concerned about her weak condition, Anubhav questions whether she should go. Durga insists that she’s fine. Anubhav offers her some money, but Durga refuses, saying she has enough for now. She thanks him and leaves.
On her way to the temple, Durga struggles to find help as people ignore her requests for directions. She approaches two men, but instead of helping, they try to harass her. Durga defends herself and fights them off. Eventually, an old man helps her by giving her the directions she needs.
Durga reaches the temple and asks the pandit to perform a pooja for Anurag’s recovery. The pandit agrees, and Durga prays fervently. Noticing her desperation, the pandit asks if a loved one is unwell. Durga confirms this, and the pandit assures her that the person will recover. He gives her prasad and a flower, instructing her to make the patient eat the prasad and touch the flower to their forehead. Durga gratefully accepts and leaves.
At the hospital, the doctor updates Vikram and the family, saying that while Anurag’s condition has improved after receiving the blood, he is still not out of danger. Frustrated, Vikram demands to know why, despite the blood transfusion. The doctor reassures him that they are doing everything possible to save Anurag.
Durga tries calling Anubhav to update him about her visit to the temple, but he doesn’t pick up. Anubhav is interrupted by Panibai, who questions where he is going. Anubhav makes up an excuse, but Panibai insists there’s no need for him to leave the hospital.
Determined, Durga decides to go to the hospital herself to place the flower on Anurag’s forehead.
Meanwhile, Vikram grows suspicious and directly questions Anubhav about who donated the blood. Anubhav tries to evade the question, but a nurse overhears the conversation and reveals that the donor’s name is Durga. Shocked, Vikram demands an explanation from Anubhav.
At the same time, Panibai notices Durga entering the hospital. She reacts strongly, catching Vikram and Anant’s attention. They both turn to see what has caused Panibai’s outburst.
