Dosti, Yaari Aur Kuch Aur…(IB College FF) – CH – 3

Anika left from there and moved to check her class but her mind constantly took her back to those blue green eyes. She finally found her class and the day started with the classes and it took her mind of the incident in the morning. She cringed that she will have to have the same people in class but they were not there but yes during lunch time as they all shared a common cafeteria. Anika entered and went to get something to eat when she heard a familiar voice “hey how r u, hope you are ok?” She turned to the voice it was the smiling face of Mallika. “im sorry I could not do anything, the boys are crazy but they will not harm you” Anika sighed “ im fine just shaken by the incident” Mallika introduced herself putting her hand ahead for a handshake“ Hey im Mallika” Anika shook her hand “Im Anika, nice to meet you and thank you for whatever you did for me there. There are very few people who support strangers against their friends” Mallika giggled “hey now you are also my friend come let’s eat together”
Anika enjoyed the company of her new friend, within sometime Gauri and Bhavya joined them. They had become friends when they met in class today. Anika was laughing and enjoying finally she made some friends to brighten her lonely life. But she felt very strange while sitting there she felt as if someone was staring at her. When she turned around to see she noticed Shivaay on the opposite side with his gang of friends. He was staring at her continuously and she could not take her eyes of him as well. Then Tia comes there and puts her arms around Shivaay “Shivaay baby where are you lost” though he starts talking to Tia he still steals some moments to look at her.

They depart from the cafeteria and Anika goes to get some books for her next classes from the locker allotted to her at the college. As she finishes she locks it and absent mindedly walks and bangs into something woah where did a wall come here so suddenly she holds her head and looks up she realizes that it’s a boy a very handsome one who has his arms around her and they are causing electric currents to her body. She looks at his face he has a light stubble with greenish- bluish eyes or they had specks of grey, it was confusing and she was lost in them. His hair was styled perfectly and his beautiful pink lips were calling to be kissed. Suddenly someone coughed and Anika came out from here dreamland and noticed that it was Shivaay who was holding her.

“Anika lets go we are late for class” Gauri called she was standing behind shivaay. Anika was shocked and tried to get away from him, shivaay let her go sensing her discomfort and she moved away from Shivaay to go to Gauri. No words were exchanged but a lot was said in those few seconds and they both parted looking at each other. Shivaay just was lost in her thought and he also never felt such a way about any girl, he was always the best in everything be it academics or sports. He was one of dudes of college topper of the batch, the captain of football and cricket team, part of the athletics as well. Girls drooled over him especially Tia who was all over him. Though they were not official but others were scared to cross the b*t*h that Tia could turn into if any other girl spoke to Shivaay.

Finally the long day gets over and Anika reached home to find her brother in front of the TV playing games. She comes and sits next to him “hey Didi how was your first day? did you meet lot of people? Did you make friends? Oh did things happen as in movies where you meet the hero? Tell na tell na didi” Anika giggled at her innocent brother “you are too filmy, yes I made some friends and nothing happened as in movies!” she smiled thinking of her filmy meeting with Shivaay and the brother sister duo played video games. Later they had dinner and Anika left Sahil in his room and went to her room.

She completed her night activities before going to bed and sat on her table, she opened her diary and started “Dear diary, today was an eventful day…she continued saying the ragging part where Daksh was troubling her and shivaay rescued her…then their meeting in the canteen and the way he was holding her when she banged into him” by the time she was done she had a smile on her face and went to bed thinking about Shivaay and seeing him again tomorrow.
