Anand lights a Diya, contemplating his wrongdoings and anticipating retribution. Vansh falls ill, causing concern for Mansi and Sudha. Komal advises Raj to keep his distance until Vansh recovers, leaving him feeling sidelined.
Meanwhile, shouts from the basti alert Bhola to an approaching bull, prompting her to hasten her parikrama. Just in time, Ganga Prasad intervenes, saving her from the bull.
Rukmani expresses concern for Vansh, but Maya prevents her from approaching, citing his fever and chicken pox. Despite Maya’s resistance, Rukmani insists on her right to be near her blood relative. Ganga Prasad, grateful for Bhola’s rescue, offers to buy her ice cream. Bhola, however, laments the disrupted parikrama and their strained relationship.
Rukmani scolds Chakram for neglecting Vansh’s care, insisting on calling a Siddha doctor for his chicken pox.
Ganga buys ice cream for Bhola and Satho. Bhola playfully teases Satho, likening him to a mango, while Ganga notices red spots on Satho’s hands, suspecting chicken pox and urging Bhola to keep his distance.
Recalling Nani’s assistance during his own illness, Bhola considers aiding Satho in the haveli. Neelu tries to impress Ganga by requesting medicine for Satho’s chicken pox but maintains her distance.
Ganga catches Mansi’s attention with an outdoor shower before returning inside. Bhola sneaks into the haveli, prompting security to chase him.Later, Rukmani discusses family matters with the Purohitji, seeking guidance on resolving their issues. Purohitji tells her that the Kundali’s show that the family is going to go through lot of hardships.
Precap: Bhola walks to Rukmani and says I promise that your Vansh will be save and all your family will be protected by me and in return I want food, clothes and place to stay. Rukmani agrees for the deal.
