Vansh and his friends are making fun of Doree, teasing her for not having a surname and calling her an orphan. Vansh says to Doree that she was thrown away by her friends and he and his friends start calling her an orphan. Doree asks them to stop, insisting she isn’t an orphan and proudly states that her father’s name is Ganga Prasad. She explains that heart connections are more important than blood relations and that she has the best father in the world who loves her very much. The teacher appreciates her, and everyone claps for her, except Flora and Vansh, who are unhappy. Flora thinks she needs to do something drastic to get Doree kicked out of school.
Rukmini takes Anand to another temple. He asks why they are there, and Rukmini says she has only one prayer: to separate Doree from Ganga Prasad. She prays for this to happen. Later, Flora is plotting to get rid of Doree. Vansh stops Flora from entering a room, saying there’s a deadly animal inside. Doree, searching for the washroom, is misled by Flora into entering the dangerous room, which Flora then locks. Doree hears strange noises and is terrified when she sees an animal approaching.
At the temple, Rukmini notices Ganga Prasad and assumes he’s there to beg. Anand explains that Ganga Prasad is there to win a prize. Rukmini doubts Ganga Prasad can climb the stairs, but the competition begins, and Ganga Prasad starts climbing on his knees. Despite struggling, he remains determined. Doree, trapped with the animal, cries for help, while Flora laughs, thinking Doree won’t return to school and will be separated from her father.
As Ganga Prasad climbs, he prays for strength to win and save Doree. Rukmini, seeing his determination, is worried he might succeed. Ganga Prasad’s leg starts bleeding, but he reaches 75 steps, impressing the crowd. Doree, gets hurt and prays for help. Govind, who is monitoring the competition, receives a call from the principal saying Doree’s life is in danger and she’s searching for her father.
Just as Ganga Prasad is about to cross the finish line, Govind announces Doree’s situation. Distracted, Ganga Prasad loses his balance and falls. Meanwhile, a snake appears and scares the animal away from Doree. Doree believes the snake was sent by God to save her. A teacher rescues Doree and gives her first aid. Ganga Prasad, however, loses consciousness after his fall. Rukmini and Anand are relieved seeing Ganga Prasad loose and lying unconscious.
Precap: Doree taking care of Ganga Prasad says to him that she is worried for him and why did he take such risky step. Bal Kalyan people visit Ganga Prasad’s house and tell them that tomorrow they will take Doree with them.
