Yash prays for Doree. Doree opens her eyes. Yash takes a sigh of relief. Raj shows doctor Rukmani’s pulse is dropping. Doctor says to him do not worry your mother is fine. Doree thinks Rukmani is fine and now Baba will go away peacefully.
Mahendra asks Ganga and Anand to stop fighting. Ganga Prasad tells Mahendra that Anand tried to kill Thakurain. Ganga Prasad insists on punishing Anand for attempting to harm Rukmani. Anand argues that Mahendra shouldn’t interfere, and Ganga Prasad leaves. Anand acknowledges saving his elder son, Ganga Prasad.
Rukmani wakes up and asks Yash who donated blood to her. Yash tells her it’s someone she won’t believe. He reveals to the nurse that Doree donated blood, and Rukmani expresses a desire to meet her. Doree apologizes to the nurse for getting scolded by the doctor because of her, and the nurse advises her not to repeat it. Anand tells Mahendra that he knows the truth and has transferred all his property to his name, disregarding his other children. He threatens Mahendra that once everyone knows the truth, he’ll kill him. Yash brings Doree to Rukmani, who assures her not to fear her and promises not to harm her father. Doree reassures Rukmani that she doesn’t need her money or property.
Komal learns that Rukmani is okay and informs Mansi and Nani about it. The servant delivers numerous gifts, revealing they’re from the elder son of the house and that he’ll arrive at 8 pm. Nani wonders who this new son is, assuming Ganga Prasad is the eldest. Rukmani tells Yash she called the lawyer to discuss transferring the property to her name since her elder son won’t return. The lawyer informs her that her elder son is coming back, shocking her. Anand returns home and berates Komal for releasing Neelu, blaming Mansi. Anand confronts Mansi and grabs her neck, but she slaps him, leaving Komal stunned.
Doree searches for Ganga Prasad and informs Nani about it. Prem reveals to Doree that Ganga Prasad made a big decision, shocking them as they witness Ganga Prasad marrying Neelu.
Precap: Ganga Prasad says to Doree that you need to make some better stories now and says I now learned the truth that I am Agni Thakur the elder and only heir of Thakur family. Maya says to everyone that today my brother is going to meet his family with his newly wed.
