Scene 1
Thakur says they will have to live with us in our haveli. He requests Ganga. The inspector says I will have to do an investigation. Ganga says it’s fine. we want to let go of this matter. She leaves. Satu says to Dore you will play Diwali there. Doree says I will call you there too.
Kailashi comes home in anger. Raj says calm down. Dad must have said that as a joke. Thakur says to get things ready for Gagna and his family. Kailashi is angry. She asks how he can do that. She says Raj does something that they never enter this house. Nani says to Ganga that everyone is in their home. We’ve nothing left. Satu and all the villagers come there to celebrate with them. They all cook together. Nani cooks for them. Doree plays with Satu.
Scene 2
Kailashi is angry in her room. She gets all things removed from the servant quarter. Kaiilashi breaks the lights and water pot in anger. Kailashi says to make sure they don’t enter our haveli. Let them rot here. Anand drinks. Nelu says she cam to your home and you couldn’t do anything. Anand says do you think I am useless? She says it’s Diwali and your daughter is at your house. Doree takes Chuni with her. They come to the temple and pray there. Anand’s foot i injured. He tries to go home. Mansi calls him but he cuts the call. Doree sees him. Doree syas why do you keep coming here? You’re her eto take us to the havlei. He says yes. Ganga says it wasn’t needed. What happened ot you foot? He syas just a sprain. Chunri starts screaming seeing him. Doree says she lives with me. Anand says okay. Doree says let me help you. He says I don’t need your help. She syas you’re just like my dad. Let’s go home. She holds his hand and they go towards the haveli.
