The episode starts with Yashoda crying recalling Ashok’s betrayal. Malti tries to comfort her. Yashoda asks how can Ashok forgot his duty as a husband and recalls an event where Ashok forgets to bring daal and when she got angry, he ordered daal from all the surrounding restaurants and wrote sorry on each box. Amma tries to calm her down and makes her asleep. Astha tells Nupur that they will go out and somehow bring papa inside the house. Nupur says let us leave this decision to mummy. Suresh hears them and says Nupur is right, they should leave the decision to Yashoda. Malti walks in and says she somehow made Yashoda asleep.

Suresh gets his neighbor’s call who ask him to take a decision soon or else he will face defamation if the news spreads. Suresh says his son wants to

become a saint and his family is have a battle of relationships, a neighbor wants to give free gyan, he shouts at neighbor to disconnect the call. Arvind also gets call and scolds the caller. Krishna tells Arvind that they should stop thinking about outsiders and take care of each other. Suresh says Krishna is right, their situation is very sensitive and they should support each other till the situation normalizes. They hear Yashoda crying again. Krishna with Astha and Nupur goes to comfort her. Malti tells Suresh that they need to pay extra attention to kids as issues like these will leave a deep mark on their minds. Suresh says she is right, they shall shift to some other place until the situation normalizes.

Krishna comforts Yashoda saying she is making a person sitting outside more strong by crying, she has to either give him alms and send him away or shoo him away just like that, and if not, he will shoo him away. He insists her to come out and face the issue. She walks out. Arvind asks Yashoda what shall they do now. Yashoda changes the topic and asks what they would like to have, she will go and prepare aloo matar sabji and pulao for them all. Arvind tells Malti that it would be difficult for them to go outside the house if Ashok sits outside the house. Yashoda returns and says she will go and bring matar from a shop. Krishna says he will go. Yashoda says she will bring as Arvind feels ashamed going outside the house. Mahua says Arvind didn’t mean that. Malti says let Yashoda go out and face the issue.

Yashoda gets outside the house. Ashok seeks alms from him. Yashoda says this house is very poor as it’s lawyer son ran away from responsibilities, so he should find some other house. Ashok says only she can give him alms. Yashoda says her family is hungry and she needs to serve them food and fulfill her responsibility at least. Yashoda brings matar, prepares food, and serves it to family. Suresh and Malti refuse to have food. Yashoda fills a plate and asks Krishna to give this food to the beggar sitting outside. She asks Malti and Suresh to have food and trust her. Arvind asks Yashoda to join them. Yashoda says she will have later. Mahua says they know that she will have food only after Ashok has food.

Krishna offers food to Ashok. Ashok says he has alms and not a proper meal and asks him to take it back. Manoj and his wife walk to Ashok and request him to return home. Ashok refuses to return home and says he is a sadhu now. Suresh and Malti say they can’t have food seeing their son hungry. Yashoda takes their food plates and offers them to Ashok and asks what shall she do now. Ashok asks her to give him alms and let him go. Krishna asks Ashok to go from there. Yashoda asks him not to support her and make her feel weak. Suresh asks Ashok to take alms from him and go from there. Malti and Krishna also ask him to go from there.

Precap: Ashok’s guru tells Gupta family that if they don’t give charity to Ashok, Ashok has to wander for 13 years begging and only then they will accept Ashok as a sadhu.
