Colors’ Gathbandhan brings a new entry of Kinshuk Mahajan in the show post the five year leap. He plays a cool businessman Akshay, Dhanak’s boss. Dhanak gets a good friend Akshay, who develops feelings for her. Akshay proposes Dhanak for marriage. Dhanak refuses to his proposal since she isn’t able to love anyone else than Raghu. Raghu, Dhanak and Akshay get tangled up in the love triangle. Raghu gets the new avatar of a successful businessman RJ. He changes his identity and world just for Ronak. Dhanak obstructs him from claiming rights on Ronak. Raghu has reformed after serving his punishment for Preeti’s murder. He proves to be a better person than Dhanak for giving good upbringing to Ronak.
He changes his identity so that Ronak doesn’t get ashamed of his background. He switches everything in a night’s time for Ronak’s sake. Raghu proves to Dhanak that Ronak means his world. He warns Dhanak against snatching Ronak. He offers Dhanak a place in his life. He looks forward to tell the truth to Ronak that he is his father. Ronak wishes his dad to be like Raghu. Dhanak gets compelled to make Ronak away from Raghu. She thinks over Akshay’s marriage proposal when Akshay promises to love and raise Ronak as his own son. This show actors are good especially the leads. The storyline is mindblowing and their child Ronak is also cute. But somewhere I found they are linking this to Meri Aashiqui Tumse hi
