Kajal tells Rashmi and Naani that she is lucky have Rochak as her best friend who always helps her and keeps her happiness in front of everything. Rashmi says let us go down as Anshuman’s family must have come. Anshuman with family enters while Rochak plays drum and greets them in. Bua and Tanya get jealous seeing arrangement. Anand praises arrangement. Kajal takes her seat. Bua yells at Rashmi for getting Kajal’s loud makeup and says if she cannot afford parlor, she will get it done for Kajal’s wedding and post marriage. Anshuman says Rashmi did really good makeup and let us start engagement. He sits next to Kajal and praises her makeup and beauty.
Sunehri hosts the event and announces Kajal’s performance. Anshuman tells Bua and Anand that after watching Kajal’s performance, they will realize why he chose Kajal as his life partner. Kajal dances on Mai sasural nahi jawungi..song.. and irks Bua and Tanya. Rochak gets his aide’s call and walks out. Kamini walks behind him and asks why he is tiring himself for Kajal and her family. Rochak gets message that his friend is caught by police in fake video circulation case.
Anshuman’s cousins perform next. Anshuman and Kajal join them. Kamini walks to Tanya and asks if she benefited from her information. Tanya says yes and informs Bua that Kamini helped her a lot and got her fake video news. Bua thanks Kamini. Kamini asks why did they accept Kajal as their family bahu, Kajal was behind Rochak before and then trapped rich Anshuman, they must be having some problem, so they accepted Kajal. Bua tells Tanya that they should stop this engagement at any cost. Tanya says as she wishes and just watch the drama.
Rochak calls Kajal to kitchen. Kajal asks why is he tensed, if it is because she is getting engaged and he.. He says he loves her… forget it as he loved her before and now is happy that he is out of it. Kajal asks him to tell the real issue. Rochak thinks Kajal is enjoying her engagement, so he shouldn’t inform her about fake video and police arrest. Kajal asks to speak up. He says he is fine. She asks him to promise that he will be next to her when she exchanges ring with Anshuman, else she will think that he still loves her. He promises. They hear Sunehri calling everyone for Kajal and Anshuman’s engagement ritual. Kajal leaves while Rochak stands tensed.
