The Episode starts with Happy saying Rocky can’t do this with Smiley. Sandhya says I don’t want to talk about this now. Happy thinks what shall I do now. Rocky thinks of Kulwant’s words. Rocky is brought to the court. RV recalls Ranveer’s words. RV says Rocky said that he has seen someone kidnapping Smiley and he went after her to save her. Rocky says yes. RV says there are new findings and evidences in this case, it will be easy for the court to decide who is the real criminal, the truth will be revealed. He drinks water.

Anaya thinks why is RV’s confidence missing today. She asks are you alright. RV nods. He gives the evidence and calls Grover in the witness box. He asks him to tell the court. Grover says I should have come before and told this, its imp to tell this. Happy thinks Grover is a honest man, maybe he clears Rocky’s name. Grover says I went in another party on holi party, on the way back, I saw Smiley walking on the lonely road, there was just one car there, it was a jeep, Rocky was there on driver’s seat. He sees Grover. He feels bad. Rocky says its all a lie, Happy don’t believe them, RV is lying. Happy runs out of the court and cries. Smiley says Happy doesn’t trust me, she cares for Rocky, she isn’t agreeing to me, she just cares for Rocky, we all are liars for her.

Smiley scolds Happy. She says I m your sister, you should have blind trust on me, all of this happened because of you, you burdened me with Chintu’s dreams, Rocky isn’t loyal to anyone, you ruined my entire life, I hate you. She goes. Happy cries and says I couldn’t understand and trust my sister, I made a big mistake, I m sorry Smiley. RV sees Happy crying. Happy goes to RV and says I want to give statement in court, how Rocky kidnapped and tortured me, I trust my sister and my family, I will always trust them. She cries.

The court resumes. RV says I want to call my last witness in the court, Happy Mehra. Happy comes in the witness box. Happy says I have nothing to do with Rocky, I realized something today, Rocky can never change, he was a devil and will always be. Rocky gets shocked. RV asks what do you mean. She tells how Rocky had misbehaved with her. She says he even shot my mum, I had filed an FIR and got him arrested, I did mistake and forgave him, thinking there is some humanity left in him. Rocky signs no. Happy says he is a disgusting man, he did wrong with my sister, I request you to strictly punish him. Rocky cries. Judge says the court has decided that Rocky had molested Smiley, the crimes against women won’t be tolerated, Rocky is sentenced for 10 years. Madhu says forgive my son, leave him. She shouts. Anaya thinks why isn’t RV happy after winning the case. Rocky is taken away.
