Parth was getting ready in the room, furious that Teni is only concerned about her chawl’s party. She calls herself a friend and won’t even go to him with a party. Dada ji comes to Parth and narrates him a speech for their office party. He reads it to Parth, ‘The foundation of a company is placed like a relation, which needs love and trust; a company also needs hard work and self-confidence’; like a relation is always with us in times of pains and happiness, the company also links its workers strongly. One has to face tough testimonies; some are lost in the ways but many remain with us in all the situations. Such relations are precious we wish to be with forever’.

Chutkan comes to object as Parth and Teni got the most clappings. The compare says the judges decided to give the trophy only to the residents of chawl only, and Parth isn’t from their chawl. Parth goes to the stage and says in any competition, the results are on the basis of talent only. He knows Teni for a while now, she is the surrogate of his child and no one can beat Teni in dance. He argues with the residents of Chawl as well. The residents Parth to prove himself to be like them first. Parth asks what he should do for this. He is aware that Teni is rightful and will get the trophy to her.
Jalpa sat with Bharat rubbing his forehead and wish him happy New Year. Bharat wakes up and recalls his love confessions with her. He was disturbed and leaves the bed at once. Jalpa was worried for him. Bharat angrily says whatever she told her in his weak moment must not be taken as his forgiveness for her sin, they are both parting ways and this is final. Jalpa was left in a state of shock.
In the chawl party, the men challenge Parth to forget party dance, and dance their way instead. Teni drags Parth outside, as he needn’t do this. Parth accepts the challenge as he was determined to get the trophy to Teni. Teni was tensed what he gets his hand or foot twisted.
PRECAP: Chutkan decides to get Parth and Teni close and mix alcohol in their drink. Teni fell over Parth while dancing while drunk.
