Teni looks around for the baby
In the room, Parth speaks to the baby and promises to always be with her. Indu says Parth must have forgotten to come downstairs while playing with the baby. They find Parth and baby come downstairs. Parth sings ‘Ae dil tu laya hai Bahaar’ for the baby. Indu takes the baby in her arms. Teni wish to take her in her arms. Tears fell Teni’s eyes. She was soon lost with thoughts of she and Parth dancing around their baby, but soon realizes it was a day dream. The whole family take their turns to play with the baby. The guest ladies complement that the baby is just like Shorvari. And ask if they are still connected with the surrogate? Indu was disturbed watching Teni’s desire to hold the baby. She brings it to Teni as a mother’s blessings means the most for a child. The baby would be known by the name she selects. Teni gives her gift for baby to Indu. Indu says the love Teni got is precious, she didn’t care about her future to fulfil Parth and Shorvari’s dream. Teni says she came as a second woman in the house under a due, but the day this baby was born she turned into a mother. She then realized it’s the most beautiful feeling in the world. Mohini comes to take Indu inside. Teni hands the baby to Parth saying once sold, the vendor has no right over his belongings. But she kept the baby in her womb for months, she has little share in her as well. Parth thinks his daughter will never get a name Teni selects.
Bharat denies going to Naming ceremony. Jalpa gets a call from Babuji and promises to be there. She strictly tells Bharat she will tell him all the truth but first he must come to Bhanushali house with her.
After the pooja, Pandit ji asks for a good name. Indu was about to nominate Teni but Parth says everyone has a right to suggest a name for his child. This baby holds special relation to each of them. He distribute some paper and pens to write their suggested names, they will select one paper and name the child. Indu was sure the baby will get the name which Teni will select. The musician in disguise watch them from behind a curtain. Everyone write their suggestions. Indu prays that Parth selects the paper Teni has written. Parth brings the jar to Dada ji but he gives this right to Parth. He selects a paper and reads ‘Ibshita’. Teni was elated and nods towards Indu.
PRECAP: Indu says Teni had selected this name for the child. Parth insists he selected this one as well. Indu says its better, they understand each other. Parth says only Shorvari understood Teni. Teni says he is right, Shorvari knew Parth better than her and was aware he will not understand a lot of matters. That’s why there are many things left only between her and Shorvari.
