Scene 1
Shorvori asks Teni how you did it? Teni says that groom’s wife used to have affair with man in my society, i threatened her that i will tell about her affair to her husband and she did everything i said. Parth says thank God, now we have to find permanent solution. Teni says yes you have because I am not going to dress up again. Shorvori says dont worry, we will find some solution, Teni makes Parth and Shorvori twirl their waist as her signature dance step.
In morning, Baa asks Dada what he is thinking? Dada says I have taken responsibility of getting Teni married, who should be groom? Forum comes there and says I know one good guy, its Asmani family’s son, dada says i know that family, they are nice. Forum says I know this guy, Dada says thats great, talk to them
Parth and Shorvori comes to Teni’s room and sees Teni sprawled on bed and sleeping, she wakes up and smiles at them, she asks why they are tensed? you know what dream i saw? I saw i was on bridge in America and singing kal ho na ho. Parth says wedding proposal has come for you. Teni says again and so soon? Shorvori nods and says guy’s family is waiting to see you, get ready. Teni says how can they come so soon? how could you both allow it? i am tensed. Shorvori says Forum brought this proposal, Teni says only she was remaining to get me married, i took care of first proposal but what will we do now? should i do some big drama? Shorvori says no, Forum will be disrespected infront of them then, Teni says you keep worrying about others respect, what about me? i wont marry anyone. Parth says family is doing all this thinking its good for you, Teni says did i invite your family to do nice deeds for me? i am not going to meet groom, i will runaway. Parth says you have to come downstairs, you will not play with my family’s respect, i want you down in 10minutes, she slams door and leaves. Teni says he is showing his guts by slamming door? i can slam more harshly, she goes to washroom and harshly closes it. Shorvori flinches and says Parth and Teni will create more problems.
Forum is taking food for groom’s family. Mohini comes and says what was the need to bring this groom’s family? you dont remember how Teni made me look low in family’s eyes? forum says it was Sejal’s mistake not Teni’s. Dada wants Teni to get married and i am helping them, you can look it as you want Teni to leave this house, Teni will get married and leave this house. Mohini thinks that i dont care if she gets married but getting such nice groom and family? no i cant bear her to go to such nice house.
Shorvori comes to Parth in his room and says why you are getting angry, Parth says she is stubborn. Teni comes there all ready, Teni asks how am i looking? i wore everything, bangles, lipstick everything. Parth says what was the need to get ready so much? Teni says you told me its about your family’s respect, i am not going to embarrass them, i will do everything nicely and this time you will do everything to stop this wedding, i will just go there and sit like shy bride, you decide how to stop this, she leaves. Parth hits his head and says she will be death of us, Shorvori says she is pregnant, what is going to happen?
Scene 2
Teni comes downstairs and meets groom and his family. Groom’s mother says i like girl. Groom asks Teni what are her hobbies?(in english). Parth says Manav(groom) Teni doesnt know english. Groom’s aunt says Manav talks in english only at home, Parth says this is big problem, its useless if husband and wife cant even talk. Teni says i know little bit of english, i didnt get chance to talk in english before, should i talk now? Manav nods. Teni says iss a wind blow bharr bharr.. pharr pharr.. then all birds get in tension and goes harbarr so Teni is not barrbarr in english.. Parth says i told you her english is little weak. Manav says atleast she tried and i liked that, english is not that difficult, she will learn it with time, i will teach her myself. Dada says shall we move forward then? groom nods hinting that he likes Teni. Groom’s mother says we like Teni but our demand is to do this wedding quick, infact we want engagement to happen tomorrow only, Dada says we agree with it, this is great. Parth, Teni and Shorvori are in shock. Dada asks Teni if she agrees with this proposal? Teni says yes I agree if Parth and Shorvori doesnt have any problem then its yes from my side. Parth and Shorvori are stunned hearing it. Dada asks Parth, he shrugs, Forum says so now this proposal is final, this wedding is arranged, zor ka jhatka plays.. Manav gets call from someone, he gets tensed and excuses himself, Parth sees his weird behavior and goes behind Manav to listen what he is talking. Parth hears Manav saying on call that i cant talk to you, i have come to see bride, to get married, dont call me again, he ends call and is miffed, Parth looks on/
Manav comes to family and says I have some important work, i have to go, he asks Teni to take care, she waves at him happily, he leaves. Parth looks on.
Parth and Shorvori are tensed in their room. Teni comes there, Shorvori says why you did it? Teni says you both asked me to not let dada and Forum get insulted, did i do something wrong? Parth says no you didnt do anything wrong, infact you impressed groom and groom’s family in first meeting only, you destroyed everything and this is what you wanted. Teni says i dont want this, you both want it, you kept kept talking about Forum’s respect, dada’s respect, family’s respect but you both dont understand what i want. Teni says to Shorvori and Parth that you both have 24hours to make this groom runaway from here otherwise i will runaway from this house before this engagement happens, Parth is about to shout on her but she leaves room ignoring him, Parth is frustrated and kicks couch, Shorvori sits down defeated.
Dada says to Forum that there should be nothing less in engagement tomorrow, you have to decide Teni’s dress, she nods, Dada asks Baa to take care of food, i will bring rings. Baa says you keep repeating these things, you are so happy now then what will happen to you in her wedding? Dada says news is of happiness only, the responsibility which we took is going to fulfill tomorrow, i just pray that everything goes fine tomorrow.
Shorvori is pacing around in her room and sees Parth busy on laptop. Shorvori says i am worried about Teni’s wedding and you are using laptop? Shorvori says 13 hours has already passed, we have to stop this wedding, Teni is going to get married and will leave with our baby too, Parth says nothing like that is going to happen, Shorvori says yes like you said they wont find proposal so soon but they did, Parth says i dont understand one thing, how come they asked for engagement so soon in just first meeting, something is fishy, Shorvori says nothing is fishy, dada has inquired about family and forum knows them well. Parth thinks that something is wrong and I have to find it.
PRECAP- Teni’s engagement ceremony starts. Manav’s family arrives at dada’s decorated home, he welcomes them. Indu shows engagement rings to Shorvori and says dada bought them, Shorvori says they are beautiful, dada asks Shorvori to bring Teni from her room. Shorvori comes to Teni’s room and reads Teni’s message on mirror which says “I dont accept this engagement so I have runaway”, Shorvori sees rope going to floor from Teni’s window, Shorvori says Teni ranaway? Shorvori comes downstairs, Mohini asks why she didnt bring Teni? and why she is terrified? Baa asks Shorvori where is Teni? Shorvori gets tensed.
