Omar asks Lavanya about the surprise gift she has promised for Deepika. Lavanya asks him not to worry as he won’t object it. Jahnvi serves tea to all the elders. Panditji walks in. Omkar greets him. Panditji informs Lavanya that he has always been a well wisher of her family and wants her to perform a pooja for her family as upcoming 2 months are really tough for her family.
Chirag takes Deepika to a restaurant. Mishka watching them hiding thinks in 2 months, she will destroy Deepika. Chirag makes Deepika sit and says there is a surprise for her. He walks away. Siddharth joins Deepika surprising her. Chirag returns and says this is a surprise for her. Deepika excitedly hugs Chirag and thanks him. Mishka gets jealous seeing Chirag dancing to Deepika’s tunes and plans to ruin Chirag and Deepika’s happiness via Siddharth. Siddhant praises Chirag for inviting him, but Chirag clarifies that he invited Siddhant for Deepika’s sake. When Siddhant asks Chirag his opinion about him, Chirag mentions that Siddhant is Deepika’s favorite poet.
Chirag gets a call and walks aside. Mishka to, in a bid to poison Chirag’s mind against Deepika, acts as speaking to her mamu/uncle over phone and talking about Deepika. Chirag walks to her and asks what was she talking about Deepika. Mishka lies that Siddhant was her patient and is not trustworthy, he is a womaniser and enjoys destroying women’s dignity, he should protect Deepika. Deepika and Siddhant share a bother and sisterly bond. Mishka continues to poison Chirag’s mind. Chirag warns Mishka to stop speaking ill about Deepika as she is naive but not untrustworthy.
Chirag rejoins Deepika and Siddhant. Deepika asks if he got a call from hospital. Siddhant praises doctor’s work. Deepika praises poet’s work. After dinner, Siddhant offers to pay the bill, but Chirag insists on paying. On the way back in the car, Deepika thanks Chirag for the surprise, but Chirag remains preoccupied, troubled by Mishka’s doubts about Siddhant. Deepika reassures him of her commitment and importance in his life, calming his worries for now. He rejoins Deepika and Siddhant. Deepika asks if he got a call from hospital. Siddhanth prises doctor’s work. Deepika praises poet’s work instead.
Lavanya prepares for the pooja with Pandit ji and is joined by Sobha and Manorama. When Chirag and Deepika return, they are surprised to see them there. Pandit ji informs Lavanya that they need to have an heir within the year, or it would be inauspicious for the family. Lavanya then asks Deepika to come forward and performs the aarti and puja for her, offering blessings as the family looks on in surprise and Jahnvi feels jealous.
Precap: Chirag gets romantic with Deepika. Neelima blesses them to be together forever. Mishka lies to Siddharth that Deepika is not happy with Cirag, he should save her. Siddharth says Deepika is special, he will help her.
