Deepika and Chirag argue in the storeroom. Frustrated, Chirag says he hopes Chandu will tell DM that he wants to stay with her father, who will give him everything Deepika never did. This panics Deepika, and she starts coughing. Meanwhile, Lavanya enjoys playing games with Ragini and Chandu.
Prithvi finds out that Janvi got a job in London and tells her not to go. However, Janvi insists she has no reason to stay. Meanwhile, Chirag tells Lavanya to open the storeroom door and then carries Deepika in his arms. When Mishka tries to approach Deepika, Chirag pushes her away.
At the hospital, the doctors stabilize Deepika, and she is no longer in danger. Chirag asks about her condition, and the doctor reveals that she has a heart failure issue that has been ongoing for five years. Chirag reassures Ragini and Chandu that their mother will be fine. Later, Baldev informs Chirag that Deepika has had this problem since childbirth. Blaming Siddhant for neglecting Deepika, Chirag is shocked when Baldev clarifies that Siddhant is actually Deepika’s brother. Omkar then explains that Deepika’s husband abandoned her and the children, urging Chirag to reflect on his past mistakes.
Meanwhile, Mishka, in a fit of paranoia, destroys things in her house and hatches a plan to kill Deepika, Ragini, and Chandu. She hires a goon to carry out the attack, specifically targeting Deepika’s daughter.
Chirag recalls how Chandu always wanted him to meet her mother for a checkup. Sitting beside Deepika, he gently tells her to rest and assures her that everything is fine. Ragini and Chandu visit Deepika with a handmade card. Chandu playfully scolds her mother for not taking care of herself and always annoying Sawre. The nurse agrees, joking that Deepika is just like her father.
As Omkar and Neelima prepare to leave the hospital to check on Janvi, Chandu and Ragini hesitate to go. Deepika convinces them, but Chirag firmly states that she will not be left alone—Ragini and Chandu will stay with her. Just then, Mishka arrives at the hospital, determined to take revenge.
At home, Janvi starts packing while Prithvi grows more frustrated. He demands to know why she insists on leaving. When she asks where he was, he admits he was at the hospital checking on Deepika. Feeling insecure, Janvi makes up her mind to leave, saying she has no one here. As she prepares to go, Neelima intervenes, demanding to know what’s happening between her and Prithvi. Prithvi tells Janvi that everyone cares for her and convinces her to stay.
Meanwhile, Mishka, disguised as a nurse, sneaks into Deepika’s hospital room and injects something into her IV. Ragini notices Mishka tampering with the saline and immediately calls Chirag. Alarmed, she tells him that the “aunty” did something to her mother’s IV. Chirag rushes to check Deepika’s condition, only to find that she is stable. He waits by her side, watching over her as she rests.
