Deepika feels overjoyed holding her baby for the first time. Dr. Sikha instructs nurse Shivani to manage the nursery, while Omkar expresses doubts about Lavanya’s plan to involve Chirag through his daughter. Despite Omkar’s concerns, Lavanya remains determined, believing the plan will reunite Chirag with Deepika. Nurse Shivani, persuaded by Lavanya’s past support, agrees to assist.
Chirag visits a temple and misses his family. He hands over balloons to children. Shivani informs Deepika she has only one baby, calming her suspicions after hearing two babies cry. Lavanya with the intention of using one baby to bring Chirag closer to Deepika ensures the other baby remains with Deepika. Deepika, unaware of the deception, bonds deeply with her child, amused at the resemblance to her father.
Lavanya and Omkar bless the babies but keep their plans hidden. Deepika begins to trust Shivani, agreeing to stay with her. Lavanya supports Shivani financially, but Shivani insists her motivations are familial and not monetary. Later, Lavanya briefly takes one baby, raising Deepika’s doubts. However, Lavanya apologizes, claiming she only wanted to see the family together.
At a prayer gathering organized by Lavanya, Chirag reluctantly agrees to attend after being persuaded by Neelima. Lavanya plans for Chirag to bring the baby home from the temple, aligning with her strategy to mend ties between Chirag and Deepika.
Deepika arrives at Shivani’s house, pleasantly surprised by the decorations and hospitality. Shivani provides care for both Deepika and her baby, ensuring Deepika feels welcomed and happy. Baldev visits to meet Deepika and her daughter, adding to the sense of family unity Lavanya is orchestrating.
Precap: Lavanya keeps her one granddaughter at a temple and waits for Chirag to notice the baby. Chirag picks up the baby and decides to take her home.

funny thing is Geet and Iss pyaar ko naam doon have been made into other languages now as well.Meanwhile Star Plus are obsessed with the two girls and 1 guy trope now.Even better if the two girls are sisters according to them.Also Geet,Qubool Hai and Iss pyar ko naam doon were all made by 4lions which is why they were so different.
