Deepika holds Mishka and threatens her to reveal the truth. Mishka notices Chirag coming, injures herself, and blames Deepika to gain Chirag’s sympathy. She claims she invited Deepika to help Chirag but manipulates him into believing Deepika is harming her. Despite Deepika’s attempts to reveal the truth, Chirag refuses to listen, accusing her of one-sided love, and asks her to leave. Mishka hugs Chirag in front of Deepika and makes even evil smirk.
Deepika walks alone on a road and feels disheartened recalling Chirag’s betrayal and Mishka’s attempts to harm her baby. She experiences pain and is helped by a woman who takes her to the hospital. Mishka’s puppet goon is surprised to see Deepika alive and calls Mishka to inform her about it. Chirag bandages Mishka’s wound and shows his concern for him. Mishka feels elated and sends him from there. She picks goon’s call and after listening to him plans to handle Deepika herself.
Lady takes Deepika to hospital and imagines Chirag comforting her.
A nurse calls Lavanya and informs her about Deepika being admitted to the hospital with labor pains. Lavanya asks her to tell the doctor to save Deepika and her child at any cost. Nurses wait for Dr Shikha. Mishka reaches wearing doctor’s mask and tries to harm Deepika with an injection, but Deepika defends herself, alerting a nurse and Dr. Sikha. As Deepika faces complications, Dr. Sikha prepares for an emergency delivery.
Back home, Chirag feels upset thinking Deepika attacked Mishka.
Omkar and Lavanya rush towards the hospital and seeing Chirag ask him to accompany to Deepika. Chirag refuses to listen and walks away. The both rush to hospital and are informed by Dr. Sikha that Deepika is fighting critical complications and they might have to choose between saving the mother or the babies. Lavanya insists on saving both.
Chirag, still upset, prays at the temple for clarity. Mishka celebrates, believing Deepika and the babies will soon be gone. However, Deepika safely delivers twin daughters with Dr. Sikha’s help. The nurse informs Lavanya that both Deepika and the babies are healthy, bringing joy to Omkar and Lavanya as they welcome their twin granddaughters.
Precap: Deepika delivers twin girls. Lavanya abducts one girl to reunite Chirag and Deepika. She keeps the girl in a temple, whom Chirag picks.
