Ragini’s school principal questions watchman if he saw Ragini going with Deepika. Watchman confirms that Deepika took Ragini along and gave her contact number to inform her if Ragini’s parents arrive to pick her up. Chirag demands principal to call the person immediately. Principal calls Deepika. Chirag gets furious and demands warns Deepika that whoever she is, she doesn’t have any right to take someone’s children without their permission. Ragini takes phone andasks Chirag to stop being angry with her teacher. Chirag takes down the address and heads to pick up Ragini. Meanwhile, Deepika decides to drop Ragini back at school.
When Chirag arrives at the address, he finds the house locked. By then, Deepika has already brought Ragini back to school. The principal scolds the security guard for the confusion. Chirag receives a call informing him to return to the school. Deepika leaves Ragini at school, but Ragini asks her to wait. However, Deepika leaves because she needs to care for Chandu/Chandni. Despite this, Deepika feels a sense of curiosity and unease every time she parts ways with Ragini.
Deepika returns home and starts coughing up blood uncontrollably while feeding Chandni. To comfort Chandni, Deepika playfully suggests that someone must be missing her deeply. Chandni, concerned, hugs her and insists that she sees a doctor. Deepika lightheartedly signals Baldev, who also starts coughing, turning the situation into a joke. Chandni, however, remains concerned and asks Deepika who might be missing her.
At Mittal mansion, Ragini shares with Lavanya how much she cares for her teacher. Lavanya attempts to show a picture of Deepika, but Chirag arrives before she can. Chirag almost glimpses a DNA report but walks away. Back at Deepika’s house, Chandni tells Baldev she is hungry. While he fetches food, she decides to break her piggy bank. She prays to god/Thakur Ji, promising to use the money to buy medicine for Deepika. With her savings in hand, she visits Dr. Chirag.
Chandni reaches hospital when Chirag is busy discussing a surgery with Mishka. She explains that she has come to get medicine for her mother. She hands over a file with her mother’s details, but Mishka snatches it and tears it to prevent Chirag from seeing the name. Chirag offers to buy the medicine but insists that Chandni’s mother must visit him for a proper check-up. Chandni waits for Mishka to return with the medicine and eventually falls asleep. Mishka wakes her up and hands over the medicine. Chandni innocently thanks and kisses Mishka.
Baldev and Deepika search for Chandni, who eventually returns home with the medicine. Chandni apologizes to Deepika, explaining that she visited Chirag to get the medicine for her. Deepika, angry but concerned, learns that Chirag prescribed the medicine without seeing her name because the paper was torn. Deepika insists she cannot accept anything without paying for it but reluctantly takes the medicine after Chandni insists. Unbeknownst to Deepika, Mishka has tampered with the medicine, intending to harm her. After taking it, Deepika condition start worsening.
Precap: Deepika collapses in a hospital. Chirag seeing that rushes for her help, concerned. A doctor asks if he knows her. He accepts that Deepika is his wife.

So nice to see the beautiful side of Lavany, that makes her even more beautiful. Wish that very mother in law could be a mother, then the world have been a better place.
I would like to see Chirarg’s sister too, she is very nice and not so much in the picture.
