Lavanya accuses Deepika of burning Omkar’s business tender file and incurring huge losses. Chirag refuses to believe her and says Deepika can never do that. Lavanya asks him to check with other family members present there and says Omkar’s condition is because of Deepika. Neelima says it was an accident. Jahnvi says Deepika was sitting in front and is the one who kept the file in front of lamp, she should have accepted punishment from Lavanya. Neelima repeats it was an accident.
Deepika applies cold compresses to Omkar’s forehead to make him feel good. Lavanya walks in and throws her out of the room. Deepika falls on Chirag. Chirag asks Deepika if she really burnt the file. Lavanya asks him to go and talk to his wife in his room and asks Deepika to get out of her room right now. Back to room, Chirag confronts Deepika for not informing him about his family’s trouble. Deepika says he was going for a surgery and wanted to feel relaxed, so she didn’t inform him about it. She apologises him, but he continues to feel upset.
In the evening, all couples walk to the terrace ready as bride and groom to perform karva chauth ritual. Jahnvi looks for Chirag. Moon appears on sky. Lavanya, Neelima, and Jahnvi break fast looking at their husbands’ faces. Deepika sadly looks at Chirag’s photo and tries to break fast. Chirag emerges in front of her. She happily breaks fast, leaving Lavanya jealous. Chirag apologises Deepika for not letting her explain and reveals that he is also fasting since morning thinking of having food with her. Deepika gets emotional while Lavanya frowns more.
Chirag calls Mishka and asks her to find a best fertility specialist for him as he wants to have a baby and fulfil Deepika’s wish. Mishka gets very upset hearing that, but acts as happy with his decision. She cusses Deepika’s fate. She later gets a video where she is burning the file and panics. Manorama calls her and reveals that she sent her that video. She demands 10 lakhs to delete the video. Mishka refuses, but agrees to meet Manorama behind the hospital and pay her 10 lakhs when Manorama threatens her more. Deepika hears their end conversation.
